Middle class and the rich must be taxed. less than five percent Indians pay tax. Twenty percent Indians are BPL card holders. they must be fed at governmnet expenses and the money must be found somewhere.

25:54 Arunachal pradesh apart from Itanagar and Naharlagun the rest are where you will never find a taxi coz there's none apart from the taxi services to the capital (itanagar,there are buses but private school buses for students)and one has to walk miles. For example if you live in Palin and the nearest ATM is almost 1 hour walk and most of the time there's no link or no cash.The people live the life through elachi farming or work, sell through alcohol. Then there's rijiju lol got offended coz truth hurts it was a match stick poke in his heart 😂 BTW the finance minister tried helping with the mic so that every India can hear how this innocent face is a murderer of public.
