The Liberal government pledged $1 billion in the recent federal budget for the creation of a school food program.
Responding to questions from reporters, the prime minister discusses his government’s proposed capital gains inclusion rate hike. Trudeau also faces questions on domestic concerns surrounding the Israel-Hamas war, and on policy differences he has with the provincial government led by Progressive Conservative Premier Blaine Higgs.
