I was waiting for the final moment just to check whether the Pakistani Army play the same tune (Auld Lang Syne) just like the Indian Army at the final parade. It did! Brilliant performance by those young officers. Congratulations to you all. I hope you become true leaders with all essential qualities of army officers eg Professional Knowledge & Competency, Moral and physical courage , discipline , Loyalty to your subordinate. Pakistan has achieved immense success with limited resources against terrorism in comparison to us one of the mightiest military in Afghanistan has failed to control terrorism. Pakistan has come into being to remain forever. There is no power on earth that can undo Pakistan except Allah SWT. May Allah the almighty sprinkle his countless blessings at our country and make it a prosperous and a peaceful country. Ameen

Spectacular Parade, perfect!!! Remove few hoardings and one won't know whether one is attending POP in India or Pakistan!! Amazed to see similarities between POPs of PMA and NDA/IMA of India even after so many years of partition or should I say separation!! Few things never change! Same parade markers...Flag bearers(we call them Nishan Tolli)... Adjutant on Horse back... Awards distribution...motivational address by the reviewing officer...slow/ fast marches!! Legacies of Britishers I suppose!! Congratulations to the Gentlemen Cadets!!(Few won't know what hit them when they reach their Units!!!)
