Agar last balloon se 6 years relief mila hai then 3 alag alag Baloon dilation specialist ya gastroenterologist se consult karke dekha jaye agar majority balloon dilation hi recommend kare tab same gastroenterologist se ballon dilation perform karana chahiye jisme pehle kiya tha, otherwise surgery ke liye careful steps liye jayen.

Dear Brother, Good evening to you. As I have interacting you since long anf I also gone for HM for Achlasia in 2019 2nd time after 28 years of open surgery. I was advised by Gastro pneumatic in mumbai when posted there but I got it operated in jaipur being my native place as well as Ist time open surgery was done in same hospital in jaipur.jaipur Gastro advised me only HM. But even after more than 2 years of HM i am still feeling difficulti in taking tight food.what i should do now.how are you feeling now after your HM.are you feeling same as I. Brother agar Achalasia confirmed ho gaya hai to surgery lijiye. HM aur POEM me se jiska bhi doctor zyada experience rakhta ho wohi surgery lee ja sakti hai chahe POEM ho ya HM. Waise main HM prefer karta hoon.

Maine unse pucha bhi surgery k bare me, to unhone kaha agr aapko TYPE 1 hota to mai Heller myotomy hi suggest krta, or type 3 hota to POEM surgery.. But aapko Type 2 hai or aap me esophageal peristalsis PRESENT hai..

Heller Myotomy ya Peroral endoscopic Myotomy POEM, surgery me 50 thousands to 300 thousands ka kharcha aa sakta hai, depends on hospital and doctor's experience. Balloon dilation ka I'm not sure but i think 20 thousands ke kareeb ho sakta hai shayad.

Bhai i am a mbbs student i have consulted with doctor They diagnosed GERD but Bhai muja b laag raha ha muja achalasia cardia ha Bhai if u can tell what is your starting symptoms I am able to eat and drink but food is going slow into stomach I have always throat clearing sensation mucus comes out from throat

Brother, don't be confused, although GERD is an opposite problem to Achalasia but somewhere it shows similar symptoms of swallowing difficulty. Just go through medical tests.

Surgeon agar experienced or expert ho so i don't think ki kisi ko 3 se zyada HM ki zaroorat parhegi, aur ye possible hai.

I had done 2012 laparoscopy in medanta hospital gurugram by Dr sandeep malhotra, till now I have no problem with achalasia. I suffered more then 17yrs
