It was really a comprehensive information! Because of a newbie in this field, I still don't know how to select right an air compressor and pneumatic cylinder for a project. I'm working on a injection molding machine project and want to automate it using pneumatic system. I want to inject 20 grams plastic to injection mold using pneumatic cylinder, please also share the model number of the air compressor which you've shown in the small practical kit.

Use there are exhast valve in cylinder also, and in valves also. Exhast valves are there in case there is a sudden increase in pressure which can effect the operation. Search safety valves
