I do not understand the obsession with having a “Pnina gown.” Most of them are just awful. If your dress makes a runway model look bad..you, as the designer are doing something wrong. Also, about 90% of her “dresses” are strategically placed sparkles & pasties. Save some money & DIY.
Kleinfeld has Pnina under contract to push her gown$. Whenever one watches the series, you will notice the salon shows her first, and the bride is hooked.
quietandmildone I agree, I've always gotten 'overpriced hooker' undertone from her dresses. My sister in law thinks she expresses her inner promiscuity through her dress designs. There's never any classiness or modesty in her designs just sex sex sex. ..sign
Although I love Pnina Tornai's design and creativity, I don't think her wedding dresses belong in a church or even a setting that is not just joyful but where solemn vows are shared. The bride should be showcased, not the dress. Only the groom should be imagining their wedding night, not the whole crowd in attendance!
