50% of why I like watching Brian's videos, and the reason I subscribed to the program, is that you can see he's living what he teaches i.e. Brian's daily activities are aligned with his purpose, passion, and principles (see mark Divine book review), and that comes across with his soft skills (enthusiasm, focus, and concision), and hard skills (super fast production of new material!!). The other 50% of the reason is the information he provides is so good!!! Implementing definitely helps move me forward! Keep up the good work Brian :-)
Best wishes to you and your family Brian. Listening to you and Steve Chandler over four years has changed me from a pessimist to an optimist, that is a huge difference in my life, I get happy tears when I think about it, you guys are amazing ! Thank You.
Yikes!!! So very sorry to hear about Alexandra health scare! I'll keep her in my prayers! Hopefully they find the cause & cure soon!! Sending love & big hugs! Sparkle

Best PNtv ever! Got me emotional too (and a big laugh with that lamp analogy)! Great ideas :D To PNs, to Steve Chandler, and to your family! Best wishes Brian
Guru Swole, I will be praying for Alexandra. Please keep us informed on Alexandra's progress! We do not realize how mold affects us! Would you be willing to address the mold issue. I like the systems versus dreams! "All systems work" is so profound.
+Yehuda HaMaccabi Thank you, Yehuda!! We're still digging in but I shared a couple links in the Note. Here: www.bulletproofexec.com/mycotoxins-in-america/ + here: moldymovie.com/index
Brian - great review of this book, I just ordered it. I really enjoyed your recent interview on The New Man podcast, too! It's amazing, as a behavioral psychologist I feel like I'm operating in alternate universe where we talk about the concepts you reviewed in Crazy Good, but in completely different language. I'm super psyched I found your work! - John
Wow! We are experimenters in the Lab of Life! and Experiments never fail! Great quotes there! :) This kinda reminds me of the double-slit experiment, one that has such crazy results scientists are still trying to figure it out!
+alonte holliday Thanks, Alonte! Funny you should ask. I never drank coffee until last week. Dave Asprey finally convinced me to give Bulletproof coffee a try! :) www.bulletproofexec.com/how-to-make-your-coffee-bulletproof-and-your-morning-too/
+Brian Johnson hey Bri, how's are you doing with the BP Coffee so far? You words "borrowed energy" keep echoing in my head since you mentioned it once (or twice) and I started trying decaf more often
Dennis Leyton I enjoyed the experiment but I'm dropping the caffeine out 100% this weekend (after tapering a bit). Might stick with decaf as I like the fat for the brain but prefer self-generated energy sans caffeine a la your borrowed energy echo! :)
