Video Entry to the COMMON STUDENT INNOVATION AWARD.
the system submitted to the COMMON STUDENT INNOVATION AWARD is the home engineered and built data acquisition system made for the Formula-SAE racing team of Purdue University Northwest campus.
This system was Designed by Anan Ayyad, and the build was assisted by 3 more engineering students as shown in the video (Brendan Rathbone-Desch, Kristen Johnson and Krystal Butala). The data collected by this system will be used to optimize the performance of the vehicle and give feed back to the driver. The team will compete at the International Formula-SAE competition against 119 other universities.
