Fabio Sarni nasceu em 1969, em Olibia (Sardenha), uma região autônoma da Itália. Começou a cantar aos 5 anos de idade, mas foi na época da eurodance que alcançou seu sucesso, interrompido de forma repentina devido ao serviço na Marinha, que lhe impediu de continuar com o projeto Po.Lo.
Com imagens de "Dont' break my heart", outra de suas canções, mas completamente diferente do estilo dance, criamos a versão do videoclipe de I Want You, que tanto embalou as pistas de dança daquele ano.
