hi sir for the question on the cheque they said "prepare and sign the cheque TO be given to Turi Francis" wouldn't this mean that where you put cash it should actually be her name ?
Hey Laura of the Uchiha 😊 The cheque is being given to her to be used to replenish the petty cash fund. Conventionally when we use a cheque to withdraw cash from the bank account we write “cash” on the cheque. I suppose we could write her name and let her withdraw the funds from our account to replenish the petty cash fund.
Hi Weiguo 😊 From my experience working in a company and being in m charge of the petty cash, I can attest that when they gave me a cheque to go to the bank and replenish the petty cash fund, they made the cheque payable to “cash” 😊
