Coach what is a "Pocket Hang Dribble?"
A pocket hang dribble is a ball manipulation ball placement technique used to keep the ball away from defenders. Keeping your hand on top of the ball retreating your elbow back to ensure your successfully complete the move.
The feet activation is a basic split action working the speed of a first step take off. When the ball is in your right hand be sure to split with your right foot first and vice versa for when the ball is in your left hand.
One needs to remain balance, square, and low while actively participating throughout this series. The pocket hang dribble is great for seeing what the defender is going to respond to so you can plan your attack, counter, and enter into your hezi pull up.
