My only full language is English, and yet this makes so much sense. I am helping several friends learn to sew their own clothes. This will let me teach people who are very different from each other. One of my students is a full foot taller than another of my students. This will work for both although I will add length for one of them.
If you read the text at the bottom of the screen, it tells you how to use your measurements. For example, your hips, circumference divided by 4, 2 inches for movement. It looks to me like this will work for anyone although you might want it longer or shorter.
Start at the top and so down the side and then around the pocket. Go up to the point underneath the pocket with it attaches, and then make a V, then sew to the bottom. She shows you by pointing her finger on the path you need to stitch. It’s one long stitch line with a turnaround in the middle.
