👉 Hello world, look what finally arrived in the mail! You guys know I clicked "buy" as soon as I saw the email from Teenage Engineering announcing it's release ~ the PO EP-133 KO II ~ here on my table at last! So stoked to see that my favorite pocket sampler got a big buff! I am still learning this new device, but already my first impression is that this thing will be very fun to play with, especially for live performance. I wanted to share with you guys my first actual successful beat that I've made with it, maybe provide a little workflow inspiration for ya, && I look forward to many more uploads as I learn its quirks!

I recommend True Cuckoo's "get started" tutorial, also if you google "teenage engineering ep-133 guide" there's a very detailed manual online. In my next video I'll try to break down my process a little further, but I am still learning how to use this thing myself!

Hey, do you still have your sp404 mk2? I wonder how KO2 compares to it in terms of workflow. I find sequencing on 404 way to cumbersome, thinking if KO2 would be more fun in this regard.

Interesting question! I personally think the KO2 is way more fun for sequencing. On SP404, I actually prefer to use resampling over pattern sequencing to piece together my track. But the SP404 is more powerful in other ways, like chopping samples.

@@n8k8sGot it, thanks! I own SP404 and hesitant to buy KO2, afraid they'll have a big overlap in features. But KO2 seems so much immediate, which is really appealing. Wouldn't mind a comparison review video between these two, if you're into stuff like this🙂
