the Poco F3 is far more than expected - it is a true flagship-killer and i am just overwhelmed by the power this Phone has. A awesome thing - with amazing technology,...
I've subbed, I got the F3 also - well awaiting delivery as Amazon seem to be having some issues but its a worthy replacement for my Galaxy Note 8 which has been stellar, I just cannot justify paying 1000GBP for a phone and the Poco F3 has one of the fastest mobile processors in the business.
the f3 camera is more than good enough for me. I don't take photos much and even then I only do so in the day. plus, the performance is better so that's a plus for me because I love playing games on my phone. I have a mi 8 pro right now.
I used your Videos to judge the Poco F3, see if it was worth the buy. I was interested on the AMOLED screen, compared to the IPS on the X3 Pro. Your video comparing those two helped me choose the F3. And with the money I saved from buying literally any other flagship, I bought a Poco X3 for my mum. So yeah, the value is great.
@@ktradi I ended up cancelling the order from aliexpress and ordering it from my home country for 10 euros more with one day shipping. Enjoying the phone alot!
Great video man! Was hoping for a video comparison. But looking at the pictures its quite clear that the S21 ultra will probably take the lead. You've gained a new sub for this video man. Keep up the great content!
It's about your preference.. if you want premium experience go with s21 ultra.. if you want save money and want good performance phone.. go for poco f3..
tks bro for ur detailed and impartial reviews, was contesting between the F3, mi 11, S21. After watching ur video, it just make sense to purchase the F3 as it provides the best value. Technology will keep advancing and customers will keep paying top dollar for the top notch phones. Its rare to have brands such as Poco to beat the norm and offer great phones with truly reasonable and affordable prices 😊👍 I am just sold on tis phone and will get it soon. Also just subscribed to ur channel, keep it up for the great work!
Buy the Realme 7 pro it's just as good with no screen issues and charges to full in 34min from 0%. It also feels slightly better built. The Poco F3 has known screen issues and you will be lucky to find one without. The latest update does not fix the issues.
for the price, you can get a poco f3/f4 + a DSLR + another lens. I bought the F3 since I already have a Nikon DSLR which can blow any smartphone in clarity
I have the S21 Ultra with the Exinos processor with 12gb RAM & 128gb here in the UK is ok but Samsung did a soft wear update a few months ago and the phone is running much faster than when I first upgraded it. I also bought the Samsung Z flip 3 on a great Black Friday deal with a trade in & voucher code I got it for just £350 & it has the Snapdragon 888 with 8gb RAM & 256 gb memory & the Z flip 3 is very fast & runs brilliantly so yeah I wish Samsung didn’t cut corners on they’re most expensive flagship smartphone like the S21 Ultra for the rest of the world & fit it with the Qualcomm snapdragon processor like only the USA gets to enjoy, Samsung must have done a pretty good deal with US companies to be doing it for years and years. So I just might get the Poco F3 as is on a deal sale right now for £269 plus a free mi smart smartband 6 right now & use it for gaming more than my other Samsung phones, ok cheers & peace ✌️
I would rather buy three phones of the same price level as the poco from xiaomi for 18 to 24 months between purchases than to get a apple / Samsung top of the line and use it for three to four years
Wohoooooo Cartman! How I wish I have a S21 Ultra lol. Just Bought Poco F3 256GB. So I can have an Android Phone. My IPhone 8 is kinda full and slowing down coz of time.
I'm not a camera enthusiast or a person who values social status. I bought poco F3 because it has the cheapest price with a flagship specs from last year. Although, I can say that SAMSUNG has the greatest Aesthetic between the two, the design is very premium.
I eventually decided to buy this phone and I must say it's really a pleasant experience. I thought it would have had a lot of bugs and software issues and it doesn't. I'm really happy with this. The only thing is that it doesn't take good pics in poor lightings. Everything else is great
Okay I got the S21 Ultra after having my R17 pro (Oppo) for 5 years, and the Samsung felt like a DOWNGRADE (for real). The battery took 90 mins to charge, and it didn't even last me a few hours. I had it replaced twice and it was just terrible. Felt like a DOWNGRADE from my Oppo from 2017. On a hot day, in the car in air con I was using Snapchat for just a selfie and it glitched out, got so hot it burnt my fingers & I couldn't even turn it off! It randomly opened the average camera & started taking pic after pic after pic. It was a DUD. I had to drop it cos it burnt me and just wait for it to die cos it couldn't be turned off at all. I loved some things about it and I think over time it got better - the battery lasted longer & I liked how it was "smart" in getting used to how I used it. But worth almost $2,000 Australian dollars?! No way!! I'm now considering the Poco F3 but I'm SO scared after the Samsung experience, and am overwhelmed with the amount of options. The F3 seems to be the best overall out there, and affordable. If I had unlimited money, I'd get the iPhone 13 pro max or the Google Pixel 6 Pro (I desperately want the Pixel, but I'm not willing to pay it off even because it is just not up to parr on reviews I've read - the battery and charging are deal breakers for me if they can't match my 5 yr old Oppo) so I'm thinking of getting the F3 and waiting for a decent phone to come out that has the "smart" features, is flagship, has everything basically, but can also handle long life battery and 25 minute 0 to full charging. I thought that on 5 years time they would've come up with a flagship phone that can do this but I was shockingly very wrong. I'm also hoping the prices go down just a bit for these flagships because $2,000 is just absolutely ridiculous and too much for a phone. I paid $700 for the Oppo & it's the best phone I ever had. I have to upgrade because the storage has run out, causing the phone to start to lag. The camera is not my fave, but otherwise it has NEVER given me problems. In fact I got used to never even thinking about charging my phone. Again, I'm so scared to try another phone - especially one I've never tried with a totally new UI - the MIUI I believe or something? And apparently it can be a bit glitchy and not the best system, and I've only ever used the Android system. So I'm scared. But I'm hoping with some RU-vid tutorials, I'll get the hang of it and also be able to optimise the F3 by getting rid of the bloatware & ads that are preinstalled apparently. I'm also planning to add GCAM. Again... I'm a complete non tech person, these are just things I've picked up from hours of watching RU-vid phone reviews 😭 but hopefully with a bit of tweaking, the F3 can be a good phone for what I need it for ❤️ I'd love for it to be waterproof & dust resistant, but we can't have it all and I've never needed that in my life of having phones so it should be okay 🤞
I would buy a S21+ or Ultra with Snapdragon but it's not available in my neck of the woods so I just got the S20 FE 5g for that sweet sweet Snapdragon SOC. I did not get the Poco F3 because of the cameras, ads and MIUI. Software support should be better on Samsung also.
Samsung kills when it comes to software no doubt But you just can't beat the F3's pricing And software got much better lately with recent updates Just got the phone and the camera is actually quite good, of course it trails behind comparing to flagships but again, pricing, they had to cut a corner, and I think that's the only corner they cut, putting a more than more than ok camera which does the job You can also turn off the ads and MIUI is very clean, trust me With the official support for themes, you can either use the original theme with the phone, or countless ones you prefer, without going down in battery, performance, or anything really
Here's the summary 1. Samsung feels a little better but dosen't matter because it all feels same after you put a cover 2. Samsung has 2k resolution while poco has 1080p 3. Poco f3 has better performance 4. The Samsung has better dynamic range(just install google camera on poco f3 and they're on par in my opinion) 5. F3 is one third the price, it also includes the charger in the box so even more cheaper if you think about it I think point 1 and 4 dosen't matter that much as they can be remedied in like 10 dollars pretty easily. And if we look at the other 2 differences excluding the price then it's a tie in between wanting slightly better performance and slightly better resolution. So when we finally factor in the price/the fifth point I made then it's pretty clear who's the winner
This is the 20'th day which i am using my poco f3 8/256...The secreen, processor, sound quality , design.. etc all suberp... the camera quality for rear and front camera is sufficient,For most people more than sufficient maybe...I like and respect my poco f3 😍
Considering that every business’s goal is earning money, then it’s obvious xiaomi expects to cover the spending and earn money too. So if xiaomi could built a product with the same features or something close to the samsung phone at 1/3 of that price without compromising something big, then we could say that samsung spends 1$ and expects to earn 20$. So people know what deserves to be owned for the hard money they earn. Until some years ago we used to own samsung phones in our family, but when the hidden time bomb inside samsung phones started to blow up the phones after 2 or 3 years, then we got rid of samsung brand at all and migrated to Huawei. Believe or not since 5 years ago we are using Huawei phones in our big family without facing any issues on any of them. But unfortunately due to unfortunate things happen to Huawei, a month ago I got xiaomi poco F3 and sat on my comfortable sofa laughing at people who have paid triple amount of money for the same (or if I speak honestly, very close to) device, which I assure you 30% of those shiny luxery phones won’t let more than 2 or 3 years!
i got a mi 10t pro today from amazon while i wait amazon to ship my poco f3! will have to keep the best of them! i think ill just give mi 10t pro on my wife..its a really good phone, i really wish f3 had micro sd slot..because i just need it for gaming +emulation.. i wanted to just put on it a 400-500gb sd card full of roms dreamcast/psp etc... but now i will have to fit them on 256 internal....
I rather choose the "FLAGSHIP KILLER"... I had purchased my Poco F3 since Nov..15, 2021... Til this year 2023 this phone improving its qualities after android 13 upgrades...
F3 appeals to many. S21 Ultra is for those money is no object and smart buying makes no sense. Using Samsung Note 1 to 5 long time ago was no brainer as no credible competitor around. Now u just need to be a little bit smatter to get best bang for your buck.
All Samsung phones look and feel cheap...unlike in the past...and also s 21 ultra feels less premium than other flagships....people see the price and think: wow this is premium....but its not!!
For me winner is Poco F3 [Redmi K40].. I got samsung s21 ultra just used 4 month and become death screen. Expensive phone with shty quality samsung. Poco F3 hv super performance for games. Just a display and camera a little weaker. Other features are awesome and price is awesome too.. Battery is last longer too
Why are we even comparing a $1400 with $450 phone. The specs are good on the f3 but the software reliability on the Samsung is way better and the reliability fracture is what Xiaomi needs to work on. Always a set of bugs on their phones
poco, realme, and maybe even oneplus are enthusiast brands. people who buy these phones have a high chance of rooting and installing custom roms so software is never a point of consideration for me and the enthusiasts I've mentioned.
@@SaravanaKumar-gs7pj It is better on the Samsung, of course, but is it 600€ better? The camera really is the biggest fallback, but that matters a lot on personal preference.
@@wheezel55 s21ultra as expected the in price it would have better camera don’t complain to much if the F3 have THE SAME PRICE it would have been better though
Same here! I still have my s10+ but the screen starts to show a pink line which is really distracting so I had to get the F3 as a replacement. F3 has better performance but I would say display is still better on the s10+. The F3 tends to over saturate and darken the videos too much. Not sure if its only happening to me.
I have the Mi11 and the Exynos S21 Ultra and the S21 ultra is much better in every department. It's smoother, faster, much better cameras, screen is actually brighter in daily use. Speakers are better. The 2100 actually outperforms the sd888 in CPU benchmarks so having the Poco with sd870 overheating and dimming the screen means something is very wrong with it.
If they fix the dc dimming. Poco f3 is a good choice. It only has usb 2. 0, but You can check ETA prime, and learn how to connect this phone to TV with the right adapter.
I was using a find x2 pro, wasn't happy, went back to my realme x50 pro, not happy, waiting for Poco F3 to arrive, did I make a good choice? It's disgusting how much phones are and that they bring a new one every year. Selling the other phones and never going to buy a flagship again!
Thanks you mr Lim for explainings abouts smarts phone's POCO F3 5 G and SAMSUNG GALAXY S21 UTRA. Everyone complains about the dimming issue remember this Don’t push the limitations of a phone it is not A PC especially don’t complain about it some lacking come on people ITS “PRICE “
