I find it odd that Poco has appeared to give the cheaper F6 much more noticeable better specs like IP rating, glass protection, slightly thinner bezels, a better processor in certain areas, arguably better sound, and a rear camera that I prefer over the Pro model. It's like the developers got the two mixed up and gave the better hardware to the F6 by mistake.
I think it's just his model. But for the cameras, i really hope that's not how the pro will behave, cause i got better camera still from the F6, just that selfie recording was better on the pro model
Your delivery on the topic is top notch for real. Straight to it. Not stupid blabbering with unnecessary try-to be funny personality and whatnot. Just the plain facts one needs. Kudos man!
Poco F6 Pro is currently the best priced phone. Flagship build quality, metal frame. Very good camera. Additionally, very fast 120W charging. It is definitely better to add money to the F6 Pro than to buy the F6.Additionally, it has Oled 2K and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which has a significantly more powerful GPU and is suitable for gaming.
No, poco f6 is much better value Considering that the pro version is the same performance and slightly better cameras Slightly better display Better charging speed Worse screen protection Worse ip rating Much heavier 200$ more for a small changes is literally criminal
I think wqhd+ on a phone is not really worth it since you can hardly see the differences and not all videos on yt support it. Unless it's a monitor you can really see the difference between the two. Double amount of nits is good tho but I think I'm good with f6 overall.
@@ChigzTech Yeah, don't know if I will buy any Xiaomi device this time despite using PoCo X3 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro right now since I am eyeing those new Sony devices because they have a headphone jack and an SD card slot and they finally fixed that annoying aspect ratio they had. But if I decide to get one I will probably go for normal F6, is seems to be very close with the Pro in general that makes the price difference seems significant.
@SIPEROTH wrong that because phone comparison is wrong but if you are samsung a55 compared it to a S24 ultra the difference is very noticeable especially when playing 2k video
Hello. With the Poco F6 I'm more interested if the nonstop focus hunting when recording a video (using the main camera) is still present or has been improved since? Are colours on the main and selfie camera show natural, true to life colours the way you see in real life? Is there still skin smoothing on the selfie camera? And are the front & rear cameras HDR been improved as well? I have the OnePlus 10T and not sure if I'll trade in or not.
The Poco F6 is the more compelling choice in almost every aspect compared to the Poco F6 Pro. A metal frame is of little significance to most users, as the vast majority use a protective case anyway. The Poco F6's processor offers significantly better performance and is also more future-proof in terms of new Android versions and AI features. The Poco F6 Pro, on the other hand, feels like an inflated version that merely serves to justify a higher price and doesn't deserve the 'Pro' designation. We strongly advise against purchasing the Poco F6 Pro. The Poco F6 without the 'Pro' is clearly the better and more affordable choice.
@@ChigzTech i got some feedback related to the gaming experience .. always try to show the highest fps the phone your'e reviewing can achieve ..since with shooter games frame rate is what matters the most
The f6 in europe is like 100€ more than the x6 pro. Idk really if the qualcomm chipset is worth the extra, otherwise those are almost identical even the cameras
x6 pro uses a questionable omnivision sensor. F6 uses sony. overall, i think the F6 is worth it to get for little uptick in price. much better chipset in terms of features, power efficiency, custom rom support, driver support... @@OneDollaBill
Hi, I have Poco f6 and I can't connect it to my new car via Android Auto. My previous Huawei P20 worked without any issues. Any tips, ideas, or experiences?
The pro also has a lot bigger of a cooling heatsink from what i've seen in disassembly vids, in throttling tests the f6 had its cpu reach 97c with throttling around 87%, and the pro in the same test only reached 57c on the same test with around 92% throttling, point is that you could likely push the soc in the pro a lot more with a custom rom to the point that you'd see next to no throttling even in extended gaming sessions, by contrast the f6 probably wont have that kind of performance headroom even with a custom rom, something to consider
I know very few people watch it but f6 pro can run 8k 60fps hdr video playback easily that takes lots of graphics and processing power but f6 can't with all those higher cpu and gpu power
@@rifatulhaq1738Bro,its not 8 gen 3 flagship chip, its 8s gen 3,which is also new but with less power.Still should be between 8 gen 2 and 8 gen 3,but it seems weaker than last year gen 2
RE: BLOATWARE on Android phones... I WOULDN'T MIND IT IF.... You COULD ACTUALLY uninstall ALL of it! It's like Samsung phones, old Sammy REFUSES users/owners to remove ALL of Samsung sh!tty copies of Apps 😒 of what Google does BETTER! 👍 IF ONLY manufacturers ALLOWED REMOVAL OF ALL 'Added for your convenience' Apps, or an App that gave owners the power to OVERRIDE the 'Uninstall block'... 😏 😎🇬🇧
It is really annoying how all this smartphone manufacturers are forcing you to pay for extra RAM to get more storage. They all do this things which really shows how horrible it is we have no SD cards in most phones anymore. Fro my experience you can do your job just fine even with 6GB of ram. 8GB are plenty enough. What most of us really need is just more storage space but if we want to get that we are forced to pay for more RAM we don't need as well. They really don't give choices to the people.
apple did this first ,fun fact every company that trolled it first later joined apples idea for profit. Sd card will be brought back once EU applied rule for open back case for phones is implemented (2025 or later) but we will be losing ip68
one I find poco f series phone the screen to be too narrow for screen wise & on poco f5 it can't seems to be able to display video in certain aspects correctly leaving awkward angle at the corner. another hyper os (formerly xiaomi) very lacking in lots features eg battery protection ie charge to 85% only, file manager is a huge mess, bluetooth settings can't seems to connect earphones automatically, my poco f5 camera always open up on its own without me doing anything, sound quality sound muffled. default mode in hyper os is terrible where you can set a third party video player as default but when playing video from file manager or gallery it will always use its own video player which is terrible. internal memory read & write is not as fast as samsung phone
@@Czevak redmi K series are made for gaming, they have the cheapest phone for Snap 8 gen 3, snap 8 gen 2, snap 8+ gen 1, poco f6 pro the is base version of the k70 series
Very very nice video. I think I'm gonna stay with my iPhone 12 Pro Max for now..😅 Really like the ecosystem with the watch and AirPod . I don't think that anybody can do better. But really like the prices on the poco f6 pro. Great great value!!
@@ChigzTech Yes...the Poco f6 has a better focal point than the pro version, I have a technical friend who sent him photos as tests of the two cell phones and it came out better on the f6
Would not buy either as no SD card slot Android is a media format the more the better so having to pay hundreds more for memory con job, used to love Poco but dropping that crucial feature in pro model na not on my list
@@Absence_ov_Faith Yeah well sorry we are not blind consumers and still have demands and want choices. Also my 2021 models still have SD card so I don't know where you get that 2012. Anyway I suggest everyone to look at Sony this time if they are looking for headphone jack and SD card support.
Yes and I thought the same last year too where the Poco F5 camera sensor more noticeably outperformed the Poco F5 Pro. Seems closer this year, but still I preferred the main sensor on the Poco F6 more than the Pro model, which really should never be the case.
they siad that the poco f6 pro have not a resistant glass and whene i research in poco official site i found that they did not mention anything about any resistant glass unlike that they mention that the poco f6 have gorilla glass victus is it true ?
Indeed. Just like poco x6 pro. But the build quality is premium. You need to take care of it. I've seen a stupid dude with x6 pro complain about the phone being so weak. That one is made with plastic and thin. Put in a thigh pocket (jeans) will cause the phone not last. So you better buy a rugged phone case and handle it carefully.
you said you believe both phones have Gorilla glass victors 5. It means you are not sure. Sone review claim that the pro has no glass protection. Pls verify this
@@SIPEROTHis Yeah that would be yet another discrepancy that has the cheaper ahead of the more expensive F6 Pro. This was an issue last year between the F5 and F5 Pro too, with the F5 outperforming or with better specs than the pro model in certain areas.
