I think the problem with poco f6 with is poor optimization as it's chipset is in it's infancy. The isp and sensor on the f6 is far superior than that of x6 pro. Second issue is poco's camera algorithm and poor image processing. That's why from the very first poco f1 the camera performance vastly improves with gcam and custom roms.
@@roguegaming6001 no bro, it's based on how we source it. For realme, and other bbk users normal camera is better but for miui it's poor in optimisation I'm sure because I'm using poco
Ershad I would love to see you test gcam and retro to high-end emulation on poco f6, x6 pro and realme gt 6t. These are the most powerful phones in their respective price ranges but there are hardly any games on Android right now that pushes these powerful chips to their full potential. But switch emulators and windows game emulators can give these chips a run for their money. Also, the emulation RU-vid in India is almost untapped, so I would love to see you become the first techtuber in that segment.
If you were to play any PC or console game through emulation on any of these devices, which game would you play? I have the Poco F5 with Custom rom and I wanna try out some good console games but most of them run at 25-40 fps which is not a good experience for me.
@@dontknowwho2007 it needs optimisation this chips can play all games now at medium low settings just need optimisation but no official will help that's why low quality

Why is no one commenting about the Proximity Sensor Issue? It gets very annoying on call. The phone automatically unlocks many times while kept in the pocket. It even send messages accidentally. Sometimes deletes apps while on call.

F6 dont have stable update.. Even too much bloatwares.
@@idwtv534 We couldn't understand this funny commentator, anyway. I learned from the internet that Poco F6 gives a heat warning. so Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 unreliable? They claim that they are improving the Vaper Champer every year. On the contrary, the devices get hotter.
I feel like most problems with the F6 are early optimisation issues which can be fixed with updates. X6 pro also had similar issues at launch but it also improved with updates. I believe the F6 will optimised down the line and we will see it's true potential in a few months
X6 pro is better value no doubt. Its 100€ cheaper for base model, produces better pictures (om gsm arena review) also the x6 pro has better battery life
Poco should have given at least 5500 mah battery and ltpo panel in F6 to give advantage over x6 pro I feel it's better to go with x6 pro with 12+512gb model
Brother, Poco F6 has GG Victus not Victus 2. That was the issue with GG Victus (that while it was better against shattering it was prone to getting scratched which they rectified in the version 2). GT 6T has Victus 2 btw.
The glass protection works that way. Ductility and Hardness are inversely proportional so if you make the glass shatter resistant, it will become more prone to scratching. This has been a primary reason why GG3 stuck for so long since it's successors, though more shatter resistant were prone to scratches and scuffs. GGV2 surely tried improving the scratch resistance to be at par with pre-Victus levels.
I was saying the same thing even before the launch, seeing china version of f6. Just simply buy the poco x6 pro 12/512 gb variant for 25,499 rs with 1000rs bank discount included!
@dedaskingdharunkarthik Iqoo z9 turbo will come after a month. It has the same processor as poco f6. Let's see how it will perform when it will launch in india. If it performs well without any heating issue then you can go for it.
@@Goatku-gz2qt Bro, I need a phone at 30k with same hard gaming mobile but I know heating is a issue but I want a phone with less heating issue and good storage and battery sustaining ability
@@dedaskingdharunkarthik My brother is currently using poco x6 pro, and he plays cod mobile & genshin impact in his phone! Both games run smooth, also about heating! It only heats like any other phone! In Delhi temperature is so high that even without doing anything your phone will feel hot, it doesn't matter which phone you have! The only nitpick i have is that battery life is not upto the mark! Also camera but its already expected.
8s Gen 3 is just not a 30k range chipset. When Poco did that, it compromised on most of the other things (apart from display). I want one of OnePlus/Iqoo to make a phone in 35-40k segment with 8s Gen 3. That I feel will be a really good proposition.
lmao then you have no idea what 8sGen3 is. Under 30K 8sGen3 is the best chip you can presently ask for! Yes, I agree poco did some cost-cutting to reduce the overall price on poco f6 but I assure you 8sGen3 is in no way a mediocre chip for 30k price.
@@laminnabam2299he didnt said 8s gen 3 is mediocre he simply meant that how poco is giving 8s gen 3 in so dirt cheap price they might have done some cost cutting somewhere else.
May i ask for an advice would it be alright to install HyperOS Global Update for Poco X6 if i change the region on the settings? I am currently working on Middle East but unfortunately until now I don't receive any Global Update on my Poco X6 unless i change region to United Kingdom. Would it be alright to install UK Global Update?
Expert advice:- Buy X6 pro, IF you want an overall decent quality phone that checks all the camera, display, battery and budget requirements. This phone is specifically good for people who aren't that deep into gaming, emulation and customisation i.e., people who just wants their phone to perform the everyday task smoothly. Buy the F6 only IF you're looking for a gaming-centric phone on a budget because Snapdragon will ALWAYS be superior to Mediatek in terms of performance, optimisation, driver support, emulation, customisation, etc. This phone is great for budget gamers who loves traditional mobile gaming as well as emulation gaming and those geeks who loves to tinker around with their android devices to unlock their full potential. This device is for geeks and gamers.

Was waiting for someone to address this, great Ershad. One Video idea, can you compare HyperOS across segments from Budget to flagship & give your opinion that is it the same what HyperOS promised to be at launch. Because Car, Hyper Mind etc, doesn't mean anything to Indian consumers.
I have Xiaomi 14, and one thing I will say is that the top flagship HyperOS have some extra features which may be usable or not i.e. back tap, Mi-Beam, NFC 2.0, wifi acceleration, dual bluetooth connectivity, super wallpapers etc. I will say other than these things all things are almost the same. Same smoothness and stability. But yes flagships have the best cameras, premium materials, longer software support etc that you get what you pay for.
Can we get FPS comparison across multiple games(BGMI, WARZONE MOBILE, Wuthering Waves) to check how optimised the chipsets are but after the F6 receives 1 or 2 updates. As for the battery life I believe the X6 Pro in the beginning had bad battery life too so with update that can be fixed, I've used the Redmi note 7s in the past and I'm currently using the POCO M2 Pro and in my experience the more updates the phones received the better the camera performance get and the hardware on the F6 is definitely better(only for the main camera) so the potential on that device is better. We'll probably have to wait for 2-3 months for them to improve the device with updates the way they fixed and improved the X6 Pro they'll surely be able to do more on the F6 cuz it has better hardware.
@@rahuloberoi9739 It may support Custom Rom and Gcam but they won't be as stable as the Snapdragon. And I think it has Unofficial custom roms meanwhile other Snapdragon devices have both Official and Unofficial roms. Still you can ask in the poco device communities (telegram) that why Snapdragon devices have advantage over Mediatek. Edit:- Look, I am not against Mediatek processors but the thing is Redmi and Poco devices have never been stable with MTK processors. There were always problems like heating issues, battery drain problems, bootloop issues while flashing custom rom or doing some similar stuff. Redmi K50i is the exception here. It didn't have battery drain issues and also had minimal heating as compared to X6 Pro. But there aren't any stable custom roms available for Redmi K50i.
@@rahuloberoi9739 really? I heard that the x6 pro has bad custom rom support due to MediaTek SoC. Could you tell me what custom roms do the x6 pro support?
@@rahuloberoi9739no, a lot of custom roms and gcam versions aren't available; the ones available are poorly optimized compared to f6 since dimensity is closed source while snapdragon has open source framework.
Yah my brothers x6 pro has serious heating problem in outdoor its like a pan on fire and we were on a 10-12 hr trip and we had to charge it 2 times on a constant use so the battery life is shit
Snapdragon community support aka custom roms , kernels , mods etc etc , I think the premium is coz Qualcomm charges more than MediaTek otherwise basically both chips are similar in many aspects

Thank you so much, TTE and Ershad! I was genuinely waiting for this comparison, but felt convinced that no mainstream tech reviewer was going to make it (maybe the brand didnt want that?). Thanks for proving me wrong :) While a close look at the spec sheet itself was enough to question the Snapdragon premium one would have to pay for this nearly identical F6, a real comparison further puts substance to the matter, and it's a pleasant surprise that those with a slightly lower budget could enjoy identical (at times, even better) value for their money.

i’ve poco x6 pro and my variant has 2 major problems 1. internet stop working for 4-5 sec in every minute on 5g network (no issues of 5g coverage), playing bgmi on 5g network in one tdm matches ping maxed 3-4 times or watching reels also stuck for few seconds.. when using 4g everything works fine 2. optimisation is bad. sometimes mobile data or wifi are off phone is idle and it heats up and battery drain like 15% in 1 hour (phone was under the pillow). once my phone was 17% at night 11pm and at idle it drained whole percentage and switched off next morning.
There's not to much to say: -X6 Pro's lacks CPU score (like Mobile Legends Bang Bang, a game CPU stressing, heats like 48°C). Every single cent Is worth for that CPU boost (On F6 41°C). -Expect Video 4K60FPS, Better temperature and battery during games, the rest Is almost similar. Fonts? I own both .

The build quality of the X6 Pro is the only thing which made me buy the F6. Recently the X6 Pro had a 'Blast' in someone's hand and the F series does not have any such bad history. I really hope that I have made a good choice and do not have to regret in the future!😶🌫
@@sovit_ranjan The camera quality is quite descent but can be better with software updates because it sometimes produces a pink tone on bright or dark subjects.
