pls explain why this problem comes at the first place...? means every thing u check was ok, then u only pulled off cpu n ram ..cleaned it and repaste it.. no component changed ...i cant understand if cpu n ram were ok.. then why re soldering them fix the issue.. pls explain..

as this is a manufacturing defect - do Standard Warranty terms apply ? Further the Service Center feedback is they will only replace motherboard on chargeable basis (13,000/) and cannot do chip level servicing. Can a collective Case be made for free replacement for hard bricked POCO X3 Pro ? I think this is a case for XIAOMI's ,,test of business ethics" here...

@@Siktah if established as manufacturers defect (unknown at time of purchase) - it's a case for litigation @ consumer court, to decide abt a expensive gadget...( I have been a Xiaomi fan since the ,Hongmi' got launched !!)

In india xiaomi has extended the warranty period for an additional 6 months. Please take your phone to the nearest service centre and make sure to call Xiaomi customer sevice before going. I just got my phone repaired from the official service centre. A class action lawsuit can be filed against xiaomi i think because this happened with lg flagships and U.S citizens filed a lawsuit and LG had to do reimbursement for each owner of the device. This is surely a manufacturing defect and totally xiaomis fault.
