Bro the bricking issue in Poco x3 pro India varient because of Indian made. Global varient doesn't have this problem global varient much more better then the Indian varients.
You are right about pmic chip somehow , i had my poco x3 pro for more than 6 months but from last two weeks i started playing bgmi while charging even at 1% and it was 2-3 days later my device got suddenly brick without any red flags. Moreover i had my warrenty and reached to service centre. Told them it suddenly stops working they checked it and 2-3 days later i hot a brand new replacement unit. ( Things to be care of is charging precautions)
Yes, this is a hardware level issue. There are a lot of videos on RU-vid which show that reballing SoC and RAM fixes the issue completely. Service Centre technicians (so called) don't want (or don't know) to repair the phone hence they're directly changing motherboard or giving replacement unit.
P.s - Thanks for mentioning my method, the phones are bricking due to the issues with PMIC bugging out and failing to power the components that is required to boot the hardware. I have published a how to guide on XDA (PMIC CALIBRATION) for those peeps whose proximity sensors are dying occasionally and delay in gyro, doing this calibration will fix the issues with the device and will also fix various issues, but note that bricking is something which cannot be prevented, but afaik it will keep you safe.
Bro pls help me i did the every step but in the last step when i got to fastboot mode and than to the recovery in recovery it showed that charge was law and to connect the charger than it rebooted to the system automatically and than it was just 7% charged(i got to the fastboot at 20% charge than i immediately put it in charge so should i be concern?
My phone has had this glitchy screen twice back in September (not since) It was when booting up, about 5 seconds before the phone would usually show you the lock screen. It only happened on Derpfest 11, maybe some roms can put more stress on that chip than others
Hello, my phone model M2102J20SG (8/256 GB) just bricked yesterday while using GCAM. The screen glitched and then the phone turned off. It was manufactured on April 2021 according to the box. I bought it second handed on May this year. It had a custom ROM Pixel Experience. I had used it heavy-ly since acquired. Took lots of pictures while charging, play CODM while charging etc. I took it to a repair center like 2 hours after it happened and have remained there since.
Some custom rom heats up if u play games with that rom for continuous 6/7 hours your phone will be already dead just treat your phone properly. 👍Btw u don't need to modify the game settings too just play in the default settings for me 60fps gaming is the best sweet spot for gaming remember DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH IN 19K IF U WANNA DEDICATED GAMING PHONE JUST GO FOR RED MAGIC OR ROG OR IPHONE PAY FOR IT IF U DON'T WANNA PAY JUST BE HAPPY WITH DEFAULT. 👍
Good day Sir @PhoneOps! I'd like to share my experience with my POCO X3 Pro for almost 2 years. (6 GB/128 ROM Vayu Global Variant, not the Indian Bhima variant which has inferior CPU soldering). Overall, I am in love with the Snapdragon 860 7nm (even though it is technically a refurbished and overlocked SD 855 as when using CPU-Z it clearly registers the CPU as Snapdragon 855+). and for the price, it is really a steal! I could play games competitively and do amazing photos and videography that blows my mind for the price segment it offers. But just as my wise father once told me, "If the deal sounds too good then there is always a catch for it." MediaTek is notoriously known to just refurbish their CPUs in every iteration (Helio G70, Dimensity 700 and Helio G95 - G99 are the same 12nm f*cking processor with the same GPU just over-locked like hell) and Snapdragon sadly also follows the same route (Many of the SD 600 series for example). It's been 5 days since my Poco X3 Pro died. I recently upgraded to MIUI 13.5 and I was playing MLBB while using Setedit to unlock the in-game FPS to 120. (I was planning on getting a custom ROM with Magisks. Probably later when my phone is fixed). I normally experience 49-50*C in MLBB and while playing Genshin it goes to 55*C. After a while, my screen suddenly became greyish-white with one vertical blue line in the middle (it made some sound since I was playing). Then it rebooted however the same thing persists. After a while it became alright but every time the phone gets hot it starts to repeat the process thing until 5 days ago when it really died and was unresponsive even when plugged in the charger. Many people who upgraded to MIUI 13 also reported the same problem and blamed MIUI 13 for having bricked their phone with inadequate power and heat management but this has no concrete evidence since many people also reported phone bricking at MIUI 12.5. I checked online at XDA forums and Reddit for solutions. Many have pointed out that Xiaomi uses forced slave labour (mainly ethnic minorities etc to cut costs. We all are aware of the human rights abuses in China) in their factories which contributes to horrible manufacturing control and since Poco X3 Pro has a plastic body and horrible cooling system it retains the heat produced and causes the CPU solder to melt and a grey-ish screen with blue vertical lines is a clear indication of GPU/CPU being disconnected from the motherboard and hence, the need for CPU Reballing. Some also have pointed out the faulty PMCI slot. Many users reported that after they got their CPU reballed (3K php) their phones worked well and what seems to be a true fix. I will be having my phone diagnosed and serviced by tomorrow. It is not a good option for me to go to the Xiaomi store since unfortunately, it's past my warranty time. I hope CPU reballing does the trick. Although I don't know what can be done if it is really a PMIC slot and I hope it isn't. If it truly is a faulty PMIC slot then my option would be to replace the motherboard (12K php. Costs more than the phone when I bought it) and at that stage, I'd rather go ahead and buy a flagship phone already, preferably a non-Poco/Xiaomi phone (It is hard to sit with clear conscious knowing that my phone was made with conflict of forced labour and many horrible things). I will give an update on the status of my phone soon. If ever it is repaired, I will buy Blackshark cooler to help with the heat issue. I thought this phone will last me for 5 years down the road since its processor is future-proof.

CPU-Z - It is a utlility app that detects the central processing unit, RAM, motherboard chip-set, and other hardware features of a modern personal computer or Android device. 1. Snapdragon (abbr. SD) - It is a model of mobile processing unit (CPU). Manufacturer is QualComm. 2. MediaTek - another manufacturer for mobile processing unit (Helio and Dimensity are its models). 3. Snapdragon 860 - a very powerful processor found in Poco X3 Pro and other devices. It is considered flagship level power 4. MIUI 13/12.5 - Xiaomi's android operating skin/software (it's bad). 5. GPU - Graphics Processing Unit. In SD 860 it uses Adreno 640 whereas in MediaTek G70-G99 its Arm Mali-G76 MC4 . 6. Setedit - A utility tool found in PlayStore that helps control hidden parts of your phone. 7. XDA forums - A well reputed forum for mobile, computer programmers, enthusiasts and engineers. 8. Bricked - A brick (or bricked device) is a mobile device, game console, router or other consumer electronic device that is no longer functional due to corrupted firmware, a hardware problem, or other damage. 9. CPU Reballing - Re-soldering the CPU back to the Motherboard. 10. PMIC - A power management integrated circuit (PMIC) is used to manage power on an electronic devices or in modules on devices that may have a range of voltages. 11. MLBB - Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
I also play mlbb and got same issue 2 day ago like grey white blue line and bugzz sound like Ur but not dead yet what to do to save my Poco x3 pro And my device is not that heated but I play mlbb while charging
if your x3 pro is dead and out of warranty , just go to a good third party mobile repair shop , tell them to reball the double-decker SoC , it will mostly dissolve your problem in a very reasonable cost
Dude some guys didn't get replacement by seeing a small dent on the phone.... And secondly the CPU is being reballing and the device can be brought back to lifr
I'm so lucky my poco x3 pro 11months old is working well i never encountered any issues even i play my phone while charging or sometimes over charging it every night still working well ,mybe the problem of that phone is the owner not taking care of it.
Bro, in your resent video you talking about poco x3 pro brick issue. And you said that fast charging might brick my device. But in your nusantara project gaming rom video you give a thermal module which unlock 40w fast charging. Is this module create any bugging issue with PMIC?
You're all talk about gaming, but this device bricking issue is not about gaming. I never play games with my poco x3 pro and still it got bricked! So, the real problem is the hardware. Xiaomi should replace every single device (Poco x3 pro) that got bricked even after warranty period is over or refund them.

this happened on my poco x3 (suria) my phone is at 75% i'm just scrolling twitter and suddenly my phone freeze, i wait for a few minutes a didnt press or touch anything and then it automaticaly shuts down, i tried pressing power button to turn it on but it doesnt, i tried to go to stock recovery mode but it doesn respond, i tried plugging in charger but it doesnt show charging or any sing of power like led light notification. i decided to bring it to service center and they replaced the main board, i think it's really factory defect, poco/xiaomi internals are not high quality.

Sometimes it's because of overheating . You should Use Deafult settings in games . And stick with stock ROM . Because some custom ROMs cause overheating .
@@Jbrimbelibap it's not the stock rom to blame here didn't you hear what Mr phoneops said?, It's the PMIC, or the power management is the one to blame here, and how you play games while you charge the phone it will bug out it's power management chip and it will kill your phone, people are the one to blame here not the software

Don't buy just to be safe but 1 have it for 8 months suddenly yesterday it switched off automatically and was not turning on but when I plugged in the charger it turned on I was using custom rom so I switched back to miui so my warranty doesn't get void go for iqoo z7 instead or increase your budget a bit
Yes..my phone bricks while charging using stock charger and cable. Earlier it refused to charge...and only charges when in fastboot mode or in Recovery mode. And Charging limits to 5v 1.5Amp (7.5W) using other brands cable and QC charger. Switching back to Original Charger and cable enables 15W fastcharging and the phone rebooted and discontinued to charge (0.2W)... The phone now intermittently charges and not able to detect storage
@@han.grabkllee4631 the issue is with pmic chip so its the fast charging that makes phone dead, barely few people know this and none else belives when saying fast charger is the cause of death i've been using the phone since the 1st sale on flipkart till now using it with 10W charger & feeling safe
My x3 pro was auto touch(Ghost Touch) issue and then I go service center they said it's software issue they will change software and it's performing good.

If it's a PMIC fault then why some reputated third party Repair Center does the CPU/EMMC reballing & the phone comes alive again... & They are telling that this dead issue is caused by the connectivity issue with CPU&EMMC ... I have something to say about the glitchy screen, i was using gladiator eSports extreme edition I got the glitchy screen frequently so I relocked bootloader again but then I used meme UI i thought no let's go back to custom rom, thanks to you your video helped there, so I changed my custom rom changed kernel, but then I found about gladiator Mark 1 series i have been using this rom from Jan 15, it was only with gladiator eSports extreme edition which gave me glitch screen, no other rom has ever produced that, so you tell me does my phone had software issue or hardware issue??
I am also on gladiator os and I am facing glitchy screen after installing gladiator os I think it's software problem becoz i used many custom roms and done heavy gaming and it didn't faced this glitchy screen.

bruh yesterday i downgraded my device, to 12.0.4 from 12.5.5 and i got that glitchy screen while playing genshin, the phone rebooted and its working fine as of now
@@Phoenix-kp6me I also get those glitchy screen sometimes! It only appears for like 1-2 seconds. I reboot my device shortly right after when dat happens and its gone. It rarely comes back tho. This may confirm dat its a hardware issue since im on 12.5.7 FW
