10:00 we should have associate-physicians/nurse-physicians work w general doctors, but specialize in minor surgical dental interventions. (i know dentists wil h8 that, but ... if we want to start again, w an EBM focus: it is one path. & remove waitlists, less cost to public insurance etal. also, need to get them all covered by public insurance.) _JC
