How beautiful that you choose 1 puppy from every litter to be trained and asigned to a person who's in dire need of a protection dog but does not have the big wallet for it. You guys are truely incredible ❤

How fantastic! Excited to see your new babies! You truly are in this for the right reasons. I so appreciate your heart. I pick up my girl next week. She is a fully trained Malinois. I cannot tell you how excited I am! Thank you for all the incredible videos! They are a joy to watch!

Alexandra is just... Sigh... So brilliant. She KNOWS better than to be sly with her handler; her handlers ALWAYS has what's best for her and she UNDERSTANDS it. It's so sick! I also love how you can see the millisecond of her CONSIDERING the command AS he's executing it. It's like she knows to trust AND weighs in on risk:reward to prepare for the outcomes...not to disobey 💜💜💜

Love your podcasts! My pup is an 18 week old working line gsd named Ziggy. I grew up with shepherds on a working farm so I knew what I was getting into but I have to say your channel has still helped so much to learn new techniques and improve her engagement. Thank you so much for everything you do. I was also attacked, by someone I knew for 30 years. They put something in my drink when I was visiting their house. For months after they drove by my home, came to my work (I work at a hospital) and followed me on my runs. So much that I stopped working out. I have horrible nightmares and am often scared to be alone at home (I’m 33) I’m sure they still are to some extent but I’ll be much more comfortable running again when Ziggy is old enough to go with me. For now it’s just 1-2 mile walks but it’s better than nothing! Plus, when I am scared to be alone at home, I play your videos to keep my mind off things. Thank you again!

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your story. I'm glad to hear that my channel has been helpful in improving your pup's engagement and training. It's important to me that my videos provide practical advice and techniques that dog owners can apply in their own lives. I'm so sorry to hear about the traumatic experience you went through and the impact it has had on your life. It's heartening to hear that Ziggy is helping you feel more comfortable and safe, and I hope that over time, your nightmares and anxiety will lessen. In the meantime, please know that my team and I are here for you and happy to provide a distraction with our videos. Thank you for being part of our community, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need support.

This podcast changed my mindset. Awesome job. I was a MWD handler and finally started my own kennel with some dream German Shepherds. My intention was to train PTSD pups for the VA. My wife found me a Malinois that turned out to be a dream dog and brought back the memories of the high speed Maligators I once handled. You have changed my training technique and my mind set.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm honored to hear that my podcast has had such a positive impact on your training technique and mindset. It's great to hear that you have started your own kennel with the intention of training PTSD pups for the VA, and I'm sure that with your experience and dedication, you will be able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both the dogs and their owners. I'm also glad to hear that your Malinois is a dream dog and is bringing back fond memories of your previous experiences with high-speed Maligators. These dogs are truly amazing and can be incredible partners when trained properly. Thank you for listening to my podcast, and please feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions or if there is anything else I can do to support you in your training and kennel work. Best of luck with your endeavors!

I have 2 male Malinois (Murray- 53 lbs. 2.5 yr. And Basil- 58 lbs. 1.5 yr. Same dad different moms, kmvp bloodlines) anyway I'd love to talk to you and get your perspective a few topics. I love both my dogs more than anyone or anything, but Basil is an absolute beast. He is gifted genetically, zero fear, unintimidated by people, strong-willed, big natural grips, frustrates fast and switches off even faster. I just want to make sure I'm doing the best i can to help him develop to somewhere near his potential.

First of all,I pray your dad is (and continues) to be feeling better. I Loved the informative podcast! I'm hooked on your vids too. I'm retired working from a environment that would routinely use Mals to search for contraband, drugs, weapons, etc and I was totally mesmerized by the dogs, and their handlers, working in coordination ---- I kind of miss the environment I guess !!! Your channel is giving me the "fix" I need. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Good luck with all future endeavors.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for your prayers for my dad's health. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my podcast and that my videos are providing you with a "fix" of the working dog environment you miss. Mals are truly amazing animals, and their work in searching for contraband, drugs, and weapons is critical in keeping our communities safe. It's understandable to miss that environment, and I'm glad that my channel can provide you with some of that excitement and fascination with these incredible dogs. Thank you for your support, and I wish you all the best in your retirement and future endeavors. If you have any questions or topics you'd like me to cover in my videos or podcasts, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I went to highland canine in alabama and gradated the police k9 course so i’m not too shabby. Anyways. Keep making these! And make them super long because it past time at work so fast😂

I've had Dobermans for years now and the breed has gone downhill! Dobies dying at an early age from DCM. It's heartbreaking! After finding your YT channel, I'm considering switching breeds to the Malinos. You can get the same protection with a lot more agility!!

Just be prepared to constantly be active with the Mali. Nothing compared to a doberman....Mali is a super high drive dog and constantly want to be mentally and physically challenged. If not they will tear your house apart.

I have a 3 year old, Belgian Malinois x GSD, we got her at 6 mos old, won’t 2-3 be too old? Won’t they feel attached already? Couldn’t imagine letting Ms. Athena, The Beastie, and The sweetest sweet girl go now.. she has a name, a nick name and a title! 😂. That said, I would love one of your pups, I know they will be simply amazing!

Love what you are doing. One curiosity. Obliviously a big factor of your training is establishing a close partnership with the dog. How are you going to help the new owner create that relationship with their dog, especially since that dog will be 2+ years and very attached to you?

Being that they'll be sold as fully trained adults, generally tens of thousands of dollars, I've seen anywhere from 30k to 150k, so it could be pretty much anywhere between thos two numbers.. A whole lot of resources, time, and work make for very expensive doggos. Basically, about as much as you'd spend on a year's wages for a human body guard.
