A lot of fun and good information! Wish I had some of the pieces I have gotten rid of. Definitely have numerous projects at one time happening, which is a more productive use of time and so rewarding. Reinvented pieces are the best.

Ditto, GF is amazing! I also used it in Java., on railing which was a very orange oak. It took 3 coats. I did find wiping it off between as recommended didn’t work as well as just painting it on like regular paint. It is thick but painting it on gave me the deep color I wanted to match my dark walnut color floor. No drip marks, very easy to work with. Pricey but the little can goes a long way. Bloopers at the end was so cute!

I agree general finishes makes a great product even though it’s a little bit expensive. But it’s so worth it 😊

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 That’s for Steve. I’m really enjoying you pod casts. There interesting, formative definitely inspiring. I loved the story about the laundry sink. That’s really a cool idea using a galvanized tub. It’s a good thing that Steve is very knowledgeable when it comes to figuring how it was gonna look. I mean you had to cut a hole in the bottom for drainage but you first have to put the thing a ma jig in after the hole. Then on to plumbing. God bless my husband if he was here today he would of said call a plumber cuz I don’t know what you want or talking about. He was a great guy. A good husband n father but when it came to anything mechanical or with wood he didn’t want anything to do with it. But he sure did know his sports, oldies but goodies n other things. You were talking about projects. Well, I’m one of those people too who has many I mean many going on at once. I get started I get distracted n start on another. It’s endless😆. I have what they call short attention span hahaha. Love you guys n God Bless ♥️♥️😊👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Omg i remember doing everything in GF Java back in the day lol. Now it’s super light wood that’s popular but I stay in the middle with stains. I figure eventually it will trend that way before long
