I'm kinda curious what Dr. Friedman's opinion on what the impact of human development of space both in orbit and beyond might have geopoltically(in case anyone from GPF is reading). Asteroid mining could become a thing this century and possibly provide an abundance of rare and usefulminerals while satelites are vital modern infrastructure with a host of upcoming problems and potential that people seem to ignore. Also what would the impact be if something like fusion power is cracked? It's possibly closer than ya think, perpetually 12 instead of 20 years away this time ;)
Actually, it is interesting to see, how the GPF gets things right. Especially with George Friedman, mostly right in "the Next Decade" and until now, is mostly right in "the Next 100 Years", with the GPF predicting the U.S Syria withdrawal, for example. Good job! :D

Ole George contradicts himself by saying america refusing to admit it lose the war and leaves few troops in a country to be attacked without winning anything, but then suggest the isn't multi-polar simply bc america can position it's forces everywhere without winning anything. Russia stopped america in syria and ukraine despite america's presence and despite Nato, europe still relies on Russia for oil and gas. Not to mention russia has the millitary power to destroy both europe and american. China controls the S.C. sea despite america's presence and has 10 of the top 21 companies in the world. I'd say that's a multiploar world.
Sorry, Russia didn't stop the US in Syria. Syria came about because of Obama and Hillary. When Trump won he had already made the decision to end the caliphate and get out as quickly as possible. Few mis steps in the beginning u til he realized he was getting bad advice from holdovers from the prior admin. Then focused US intent on IS with Russia and defeated them. Russia backed off after Trump allowed the US military to kick the crap out of a Russian effort to attack and inflict casualties on a small contingent of US soldiers along with Kurd allies. Very interesting video with radio transmissions documenting it all. Let's just say that The Russians understood they weren't dealing with Obama at that point and any Russian effort to pull that kind of crap again would be met the same way with maximum force. Yes, the mess in Syria was started by the US under the administration of Obama, Hillary, and the other marxist/progressive criminals, not Trump who is doing his best to try a d root out the Clibton/Obama mafia embedded in the US government and intelligence community.
