I think instead of saying that we a doing pharm d we should start saying that we are doing doctor of pharmacy or medicine so that other person understands more about this

No problem for pharm D. Doctors.....there is simple more concerned with medicine ..while as mbbs more concerned with human.body...vice versa pharm D also study deeply human anatomy physiology.all unit's....while as mbbs not study medicine as for pharm D ..is concerned.
No as mbbs student they also learns allied subject s like ent ,opthal , anaesthesia,radio, derma, psychiatry, About which pharm d has no knowledge And mbbs students also knows in depths about every drug interactions ,doses etc to level concerned So there's no way to call mbbs as equivalent to pharm d Both r completely different Pharm d only know about drugs They cannot provide the level of care which a physician can provide
And complete Pharm D ...and enter in residential programs and do phd in any specialization..like cardiology..and nephrology... oncology....no worry......pci gives ... attention..why not they make this doctoral course ...
I am shocked on this decision tht how govt post GNm students as community health officer's on health and wellness centers and nmc is saying pharm d students are not eligible i think pharm d need more support in india

Ur podcast is fine regard the scope of pharmD but what ever it may be MBBS and above studies of MD, MS, DM, Mch are only called to be the DOCTORS... PharmD faculaty never and ever of doctors
Sir and mam is it pharm d or pharma d. Are they both different coarses? If not why should it not be reffered as pharma d.I'm afraild if I've taken the wrong coarse!

Hi brother Iam from Andhrapradesh and I had completed my 12 th and gave a combined entrance exam for BSC AGRICULTURE and Pharm D ,so I got selected in this exam but the real confusion for me now is to take Pharm D or Bsc Agriculture for future promising job opportunities I was very confused. Also one more thing I saw is M pharm Pharmacology has equal opportunities with pharm D jobs like in CROs, Hospitals and even they have opportunity to work in Industries also
