In my full-length episode intros (found on RU-vid, Spotify, and other podcast sites), I emphasize the fact that I am intentionally excusing The H3 Leader Podcast from the "A-list guest" hamster wheel.
In other words, the masses are not going to recognize my guests - likely ever. And that's OK. I don't like running after "the next best thing" because I think I can still put out some seriously good leader development content without the chase.
So, when my next guest wanted to pick his own recording site based on "wow factor" and a fun spirit of one-upmanship with our previous guest, I was hesitant. But, I couldn't argue with his choice!
As we get started with our conversation with Cameron Gilliam, here is a glimpse into our site choice for the day.
Suffice it to say, I am not in search for "the next best" recording location, because it likely does not exist...
