best crafting guide out there imo is the mutli-part series by locohol. very logically laid out, slow paced and easy to understand i thought.

How useless crafting is depends on how much you hate trading. Personally, I hate trading enough that I always play SSF so crafting is actually really useful.

You should always think about what is the next upgrade for your character and work toward that. The map tier progress usually goes faster than character progression, so it's totally fine to stay in white or yellow maps and farm some league mechanic for currency - then upgrade your character - and then go into higher tier maps. XP will come naturally by not dying and for that you need to upgrade your character as well ;)

@AsmodeusClips what's the cheapest best build that can do high level content like level 16 red maps and heists. I got a kinetic blast intel stack and I can do red 16 maps most times but I get killed a lot. I am looking to make a cheap build that is fairly strong and tanky.

Depends on the character you're playing, but it's all just a matter of improving your character

@Nathan Weeks every harvest I did early I was lucky to get a single craft worth. Now they did rebalance the cost, so maybe it's not as bad next time. However, for the amount of points investment, I'm still skeptical it will be worth it.

I played it before and after all the patches, it was made significantly better, but loot in general is a lot more spiky now. so without speccing into harvest at all on the tree you will get some dead drops of barely anything and then a handful of massive ones. speccing into it made it worth it overall and map tier definitely affects the floor and ceiling. This is from an SSF self upgrade perspective btw. It was the easiest way by far to get a +1 sceptre without trade in my case so also its just worth researching if harvest is the easiest craft for that tag on that item because its not a one size fits all solution any more now some options have disappearance obviously regardless of lifeforce amounts

Righteous Fire is fairly visually sober, you just run around tanking everything with an aoe of fire dmg around you, however be ready for half screen still covered in flashy boss moves and ground mechanics to dodge :)

LOL Nope, the game is only beginning and gets good after killing Kitava. Before Kitava, it's incredibly boring running through the same acts over and over

@@down-the-rabbit-hole it does become horrible. Constantly one-shot by mobs and losing exp.

@@atelieredgeproductions731 sorry but all I can say is that you need to get good then, as I and many others don't have that experience.... I'll admit, I sucked like you do when I first started the game, but after learning all of the movements and the fights and getting good at dodging, I rarely ever get one shot anymore......... It's nice to have a challenging game, unlike WOW, where every fight is super easy.
