I'd like to see a Mageblood PoB if you ever feel like making one. Wearing Defiance just the ruby flask takes you to 89 max res, so you barely need purity of fire at all and definitely not the op aura gloves. I'm not sure how to best optimize at this point and am looking for ways to add more power rather than just putting on Mf gear. Edit: I watched the video, I see you mentioned making one in the future. Cool, lol
As mentioned before, i invested in the last league 10 mirrors to minmax fulcrum. (Fu that helmet tuna..) Try to minmax this league fulcrum. i want to see what you would do, thanks ! Mg belt,2 voices can change fulcrum to the beast.
I think that kaoms binding is a pretty bad belt for this build. It converts enemy phys to fire not your own damage taken so it gets negatively multiplied by your phys taken as set up. You only take 22% as phys, so 25% converted to phys is only 5.5% effective phys taken as.
Tides of time is a very good alternative to the Kaoms binding since you are using all utility flasks which makes it easier to keep 100% uptime on the unique flasks since they cant roll gain a charge on hit. UncleJay has a fantastic cheaper version of this build that he has been upgrading everyday which is where I got my inspiration to build it from. He is changing to pathfinder though so Ill be pivoting to your version which im really only missing progensis and defiance which is a couple days work. Thanks for the build guide. Also, until you can afford a progensis, you can use forbidden taste, a 1c utility flask as an alternative. It heals you to full and only ever brings you down to low life as petrified blood does.
Hi Tuna, thanks for the walkthrough i quite like the build. I think it's pretty sweet for running ultimatums! I have a couple of questions or things I'd like to hear your thoughts on: 1) What do you think of Taste of Hate after Defiance of Destiny but before Progenesis? 1) What's your thoughts on Kaom's binding vs Tides of Time before with/without Taste of Hate, but before Progenesis? 3) I also saw that you picked up Defiled Forces and put Enfeeble into your cast when stunned. Doesn't this brick your self ignite? Or does the cast when stun trigger curse not remove ailments?
Didnt build it yet but how does directly linking flame dash and cast when stunned work out? Like wouldnt you just flame dash around like crazy without being able to control it?
@@xENDxCHAOS Thnk you. Seems like a pretty dumb mistake to make in 3 separate PoB's. I ended up moving to Cast when damage taken to solve it. Doesn't moving steelskin out mean u lose the incr duration and other buffs to it tho? Cant get Tuna or anyone else on Reddit, Global chat or fucking Discord to give me an answer on why the POB is set up like that and how I was supposed to Flame Dash. I can clearly seeing him use it in the showcase. Kinda feel like it would be smart to mention.
And +1 all gems works as well, with a level 4+ awakened gnerosity. Will push the Purity of Fire to 23 as well. And of course there is always the option to just get a helmet with +2 aoe prefix.
sometimes when i stop killing my damage is gone and it takes forever to start killing again...how can i effectivelly do damage again? what im doing now is standing still and getting hit sometimes it works, but sometimes i just die...
im missing what fulcram really gives you? DD and Hinekora's are both pure fire dmg, so left with ele pen (+action speed for ring slot) and lucky dmg? been playing around with the grey spire and it scales Hinekora's as well as DD, only issue is serious lack of sockets.... oh and you gain max rez so can drop some nodes from the tree

Hi there! Is the quality on Desecrate is necessary? Would the trigger gonna be faster from Cast when stunned or it’s not scaling from cast speed? Sorry for bad English and if the question is stupid 😅
Hey Tuna, just wondering about how much currency it would take to start Fulcrum Chieftain? Do I need the Forbidden Flame/Flesh right away, or could I just work towards that? I have about 80 Divines right now, and I’ll have to start a character. :)
Oriath End?? What ?? I was just using arctic armour witch chills the monster for 30% when they hit you witch get reflected back to you due to the Fulcrum...
Prob one of the most fun builds I played last league, so damn broken. I was able to run the most juiced maps with the most rippy mods triple empowered etc np.
Spent all I had in raw currency building a scuffed cheaper version of this. Dropped an Apothecary from a corrupted one mod, magic Crimson Temple right after rofl. Must be fate
Petrified blood would do the job , progenesis adds another layer of delayed damage defense that would act like an extra damage mitigation. Its important to endure juicier maps imo.
I paid 2 div for armor and Fulcrum , rest of the equipment is being farmed. Id say you might need about 10 div if you want to get med rings and gear at max rolls Thats how i personally see it
And question: what do you think about putting herald of ash for mtx vision? Could do it with small cluster and remove molten shell for example :P for t16 mapping.
I think i went pretty low and spent about 28 div to get fulcrum, cloak, bloodnotch (60)immutable (961), eternal damnation, oraiths end, phrecia, and kaoms... but i can't really clear anything, not sure if I'm misunderstanding mechanics or what.
@@dustinweber1945 I started it with ~ 8 Divs - spending 4 on Fulcrum and 4 on the chest. Worked really, really well for me, and i could quicly clear t16. But i already had a few items lying around from my League Starter (the gloves, for example) A few things i've had to leardn the hard way: - do NOT take the Anti-Stun/Anti-Freez Pantheon (Brine King i guess?); that completely bricks your build and makes it unplayable, because all the damage you have comes from getting stunned and preventing that will make it unplayable. You have literally zero damage if that pantheon is active. - do NOT level up the "cast when stunned" gems or use ones that have quality. If the chance to cast on stun (50% with a lvl 1 0% quality gem) is too high, you oneshot yourself with the Lifetap. - Get a "Defiance of Destiny" Amulet. That thign gives completely STUPID amount of survivability, making you not die at all, unless you get literally oneshot by a single big attack. -Cluster Jewels are EXTREMELY important. You basically HAVE to have a Jewel with the "Fan the flames" Passsive - that allows you to spread the ignite and that'S where the base clear comes from. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. - You need 100% ignite chance on "Detonate Dead". You can use Tattoos on passive tree travel nodes, because Strength / Dex / Int offer literally zero bonusses due to that one jewel so put ignite chance on there. If you have all of that and it still doesn't work, i don't know what you can do.
Fulcrum plus 3-5 div, however much the fulcrum price is. I played t16 with 2 white weapons deli beyond bo problem. For t17 u definitely need more though
I do not understood you gem choose ? Generosity support removes the aura effect from you ? How gloves are work when you have no link target ? Koam convert phys but you lose the buff to transport your ignite over a longer time. Its more bad
is it possible to make an mf version from the current build? So that the build does not suffer and continues to farm effectively, for example, t17. if so, what needs to be changed / added for this?
@@sedateisland1419 oh yea I played this build before, so the main issue that I have with Vaal breach is that you get stunned easy during that long ass casting time. Idk if there is a good way to consistently cast Vaal breach. Later I just swap to the “curse = refresh ignite” node on tree and go make a coffee while the bosses slowly dies.
@AtlasGcx ah gotcha. Yeah I do hate that part about using vb, normally I just bolt to a different part and hope kosis doesn't telestomp me during it lol
Is POB broken? I been playing this same build with the same gems and was trying to get more DPS and when I started to look at the gems in the cloak. If I only select DDCR, lifetap, awk burning and cast when stunned, I gain like 236K of DPS. It seems that awk UA and awk DA does not have any affect on the DPS at all. Anyone have any ideas if the POB is just broken or do these gems really have no affect on DDCR?
Did he explain how the flame dash is cast and I missed it or did he just leave that weird, cryptic interaction out? I’m bouncing around as I’m hit and have no movement skill I can control
tried to make this build, but it cost a fortune. even the mid self chill budget (Watchers cost 50 div, Timeless Jewel = 150 div). too bad i wasted my 36 div on it already, so im poor now and the league is over for me :-)
i gave up on this build...spent over 100divs and i was dying on t16 tried one t17 with tunas regex and i cant even pass the 1st pack, i lost all portal to the 1st pack... and most of the time my damage simply disappeared. awful build, wouldnt recomend it at all...the only thing im missing is 1% from bloodnotch but the damage disappearing i have no idea how to fix it...or maybe its just some information missing in the video...i watched this at least 10 times, watched some from last league, compared to poeninja builds and yeah, couldnt figure it out...the dying part could be fixed with a 60% BN but the damage is what bugs me.
Sad that you had a bad time with it :( I used this build to farm over 10 mirrors solo last league and level to 100 within a day of running 8 mod rippy maps, beginning at the lower budget end of this build. Its meant for doing content with omega density and then use the momentum you gain from big self ignite to clear most of the map. It is not an "all-arounder", its highly specialized at doing what its good at, while not dying. If there is only 1-2 juicy monsters remaining, you lost your big ignites from aoe explosion, and you have no packs to explode- you will have close to 0 dps and are better off just looting and putting another map in after. Sadly single target is giga bad in that situation. Just have to realize what its good at and just loot/put another map in once the density is gone. Make strategies around what its good at and milk it. 1% off max on bloodnotch definately isn't why you were dying, you must have bricked it some other way if you're dying in a t16 map 100 div deep. It can afk in the middle of unlimited amount of mobs on a t16 map, your pc will die before you do. In fact lvling another random ascendancy, just speccing into the agnostic on the tree, putting petrified blood on with valyrium ring and BN/IF jewel combo alone makes me able to go in and just tank like 10 rares in t16 8 mod map. And thats without cloak of flame

Well, there goes the price of the Timeless jewels, without which the build only has 25% of its eHP. They are absolutely, 100% mandatory for T17s. Still good for the usual juiced T16 strats tho. EDIT: Yep, price for the set went from 50div to 120div in less than a day.
@@CrouchingTuna Heh. Also just noticed that you have 20% avoid ele ailments on boots. Is it my turn to be dumb, or doesnt that mean that 1/5th of the time the big ignite you get, gets avoided? Why not get avoid shock on the abyss jewel, at least for the non-T17 version?
@@Equilibrium2903 no, you could have 99% and still reflect ailment 100% of the time. you have avoid shock on the budget on the flask which is up 100% of the time, the timeless is there just to fix attributes.
@@CrouchingTuna Yea I got all that. I just assumed that "20% chance to avoid elemental ailments" would also affect the ignites that get reflected to us, which would be a problem in some cases where it takes a while to get an explosion just for the resulting ignite to be avoided by you. Still not sure why it would not work exactly like that, but I'll just take your word for it since I assume you would have noticed it while playing :D
