When I realized that my edited , scripted, "no yap" video was still 42 minutes long in spite of my well-intentioned efforts: I had one such moment; and in this moment of clarity I landed on a truth , one that I've denied for far too long; I am, indeed, a yapper. In spite of this recent development, I hope you were still able to get some value from the points discussed, and I would love to hear your guys' thoughts on the matter as well--- whether or not it was a talking point in the video...have a sincere interest in gauging how everyone's been experiencing what is likely one of the most radical paradigm shifts and content overhauls in recent history. Hey Belton, if you would like a build idea I have an expensive one for you. 1-handed flicker strike + Doryani's Prototype + Mahuxotl's Machination. Spending areas: +1 frenzy ring which you reflect to get negative lightning resistance (doubled as well), Lethal Pride + corrupted Mahuxotl to convert 100% of cold and lightning damage to fire or chaos, 90% fire and chaos res (max chaos res clusters for this), frenzy charge corrupt gloves, synth 1h sword, 4 anoint stranglegrasp brick + mythic orb, 10-11 frenzy and endurance charges, more negative res from multiple -20% treads of hope and -80% from melding. You are lookong for -400% lightning res which Tempered by War cuts in half to the -200% lightning res cap
Or, there is an enchant that gives (7-10)% increased fire damage per 1% fire resistance above 75%, which only works on 2h axes. This could be absolutely bonkers for an armorstacker with like 500-600% fire res over cap. Could be a beastly opportunity to make a massive phys weapon, socket awakened added fire dmg support, add in herald of ash, stack in more phys as extra fire sources, convert the remaining phys to fire, and then let that 500% overcap fire res become 5000% inc fire dmg, lol. Another option is to stack strength on a Marauder, synth the 3-5 fire dmg per 10 strength, go absolutely HAM on str stacking for a wild base fire dmg value, and multiple that by 5000% from overcapped fire

As someone who invests irl, the currency market is working the most fair way possible. The system works on a bid ask system where the lowest ask price is shown to the buyer and the highest bid price is shown to the seller. Every exchange on the planet does this, it is up to the end user to set custom prices if they want to buy at a specific price or sell at a specific price.
its not a tldr but if you go to my videos on channel and sort by popular, my #1 most viewed video is the bulk of it. 110-120 ash of the div would have been made that way.
No guild funneling this league. That’s a misnomer anyways historically speaking. When we eventually do a mirror craft multiple parties cover the cost and get % ownership based on what they paid . Ie if you paid 1 mir and it was a 10 mir craft you’d get 10% of all mirror fees . What I was doing / am doing is self sustaining , buy 1 and from 1 you can do 1.5, 1.5 to 2.25, 2.25 to 3.4 3.4 to 5.1 etc . Hassle for the first few but once you get a bunch of them then you can sell off the superfluous profit and reinvest it. “Funneling” as it were, would never be neccessary. The content is white t1 maps on top of that. Gear requirement is nil and doesn’t progressively require reinvestment into gear for mathematically calculable outcomes. I know comments like these probably aren’t meant to be malicious but it’s very taxing having to explain this every league start while simultaneously streaming what I’m doing in its entirety and documenting “how tos” with freakin’ free profit calclautors attached (to my disadvantage I might add) and then having to reply to comments like this less people disregard what’s being said because they think I’m operating with some unfair advantage that exceeds their reach as an average player
Considering they want to move to the auction house system for PoE2 I hope they can take feedback now to improve it. They stated it was highly experimental but a database and method to display an average price or more well informed market average seems like a no brainer.
Couple things I noticed about the currency market: 1. Pretty sure trades are first in, first out. I got a divine for 1c since I posted the buy order with my first C. 2. The currency market should never auto set/change your ratio. 3. Pretty sure there's a ton of market for "abuse" in the currency exchange with low volume anything. Just set your buy order to a good ratio for yourself and people will just post at that ratio since that's what's suggested even if it's less than the item is worth.
Was your league start not streamed or did you delete the vod? I would really like to see how you progress from getting past acts :) Do you sit in hideout and flip or go through maps?
Im on my like my 5/6th season. Im not sure ive farmed a mirror worth of currency in total in total in my 2k hours. I have to take this concept much much further. Im going to tuck into your content and see how the magic happens. Youre a lord.
please don't tell me recombinators are nerfed that badly Belton .... it's the only reason I played a league again. If this is true .... i'll just quit. I'm not fond of the sims/civs anyways. And that's funny, I noticed some maps seemed to stretch on longer than I remember too.

i just dont get how "mmhh, people is not doing this, ill test the water" brings 150 divs in 24 hours while leveling. and yet im experienced enough that in the chaos of 4 noobs leveling together and having a blast i noticed something off with the brutus zone... what i am doing wrong? i just cant get it
Regarding the 1:1 no data available bug, I found that changing the item (wanted or selling) to something else and then changing it back updates the market price.
your views AREN't that useful or reflective as a whole, but they're cool and it's valuable to see things from every angle lol. I don't get FOMO or anything so i just try to learn what I can where I can (don't have a ton of time to play) and your videos are dope for that, love seeing the quality increase keep it up bro
How do you get so many white sockets? Is there a crafting mechanic to that? This is my first full league, but having as many white sockets as you would be a game changer
Horticrafting Table on your Hideout, if you don't have it, grab it from decorations. In the table, you can use Lifeforce from the Harvest mechanic in order to enchant your items, and one of the enchants is turning one of your sockets into a white one. Can get pretty expensive if you're not prepared tho
Same here. And I ran lab for three hours trying to get my transfigured gem as well so that put me to 18 hours. Eventually I just had to go to maps because I HATE lab.
don't ever apologize for missing league start for family. you will never remember the leagues you missed, but you will give up anything for more time once its gone.
I was told that the currency market and the trade site are not connected. Im not sure if I was misunderstanding the problem you were having with it or not. Ive definitely experienced some weird things with it and it could use some improvements, but overall I love it!
The AH is definitely bugged, often it tells me there are no listings for chaos/divine pair, you just switch one of the currencies then switch it back and suddenly there are hundreds of them.
ya ive been having a similar experience. there's often quite a big disparity between trade site and Currency exchange too, so trying to ball park the "correct" rate can be such a hassle, especially if you guess wrong and have to cancel/lose the gold deposit repeatedly. hopefully they take a look at it to smooth out the wrinkles
No BS in the intro.. show the VOD my dude. Your subscribers have been asking for your day 1 or league start VODs for how many leagues now. Dude you're the damn GOAT when it comes to economics. But it's hard to believe this. And don't use the I don't wanna record my VOD as it will ruin my strat excuse again. Record it off stream if you want, then post it after a few weeks or what ever. Still like your content, just not this league start horse manure.
There was a divine printing exploit the players did get banned this sort of this happens all the time last league people was dropping millions of uniques lmao
