This is my first time doing league start with siege ballista , let me share to you my experience Pros : Great clear speed Great single damage Some uniques are super cheap , 1c cheap Ballista playstyle Cons : Tired of spamming ballista every 4sec to sustain onslaught With poor chaos res , its 6 portal gaming. Currently im farming t16 with 5link briskwarp and following his build blindly, i already bought some core items like garukhan , ring and belt with synthesis increased dex , timeless jewel and onslaught medium cluster jewel. Overall i really recommend poeguy siege ballista build, its kinda weird at the first, but once you understand the ballista playstyle , its smooth sailing.
Good stuff! I’ve finished maps so today I’m going to start buying the items for the swap. Everything seems to be cheap except boots 😅. They are ~70c which is bit much just after the campaign :D
I found the Quiver today. Still in EA, but man was that a huge DPS boost. I have a shit bow, and 5 link armor that’s passable…also found. I’m not SSF, but I have been do to not finding much currency-yet. I ran merc lab after campaign to get my gem levels and quality up. My added cold is 19 20% and siege is 18 20%. Ready to switch as soon as I can afford the uniques.
The only problem I have with the build is how squishy it feels without the boots and they are 60c at the start of the league. Everything else is manageable
you got to many videos going "follow the guide" without actual guide content in them. I am 73 followed the respect and then it says "rest in guide" even though i got 6 points left which i assumed would of been on old ironwood points but its now awkward finding the new information. It would be better if the infomation was in one spot and it changes in that one spot like a ghazzy vault guide rather then adding 3-5 videos referencing one of the previous 3-5 videos from last league.
How easy is to type.. Listen, they just released the 3.25 patch notes some days ago with all these SKILL TREE changes. I did my best to explain in a video, community posts & by pining in the Discord. I also updated all pobs to accommodate these 3.25 changes after I've tested them carefully for 2 days and theory crafted the new version. I will also start soon the updated Kalguur SIEGE BALLISTA & SHRAPNEL BALLISTA build guides. Yesterday I paid someone to help me make a mini wikipedia for siege ballista. I know that ýou just found my channel and have a lot of catching up to do but try to see my point also! Im a human being after all. Have not slept at all good since 3.25 patch notes. I do not intend for my comment to be mean in any way and I am sorry if I came off that way.I would recommend if you do the website to make sure you cull the only content to prevent reference chains. I watch the two videos and have been following your content for over a year I joined from your 3rd party tools video (just never done your iron commander before).
I'm lost. I don't have a computer so I can't do all the fun stuff. I just need to know how you level and if there is a guide to do so and what skills to start off with. Really want to give this a try
Boss, i made the mistake of not starting siege batista this league so its been slow but this morning i got the best in slot timeless jewel so i will be firing up the siege batista tonight and then on the shrap balista cause its the only build i know that i can run t17 in without problems
Question: What about the Endurance/Frenzy cluster underneath your bottom left socket? Why go for Cloth and Chain cluster to the left instead? The endurance one would boost our minimum Endurance charges to 5, give more damage for each one and improve our defenses, etc.?
I give it a shot in SSF and had big luck. Because I had a bug in quest fetid pool I did the quest 4 times. In the 4th try I found Quill Rain. Jackpot !
@@poeguy007 It's a long term project. The uniques are common. I have every league Iron Commander, the Chest, hrimsorrow and the quiver. Just the boots I dont know. But I'm also interested in your Shrapnell Ballista build. A lot of heist items. Thank you for the interesting builds. I never played the 2 skills and really looking forward to it. Do you sometimes just lose the blights in maps due to the boss lane being ridiculous lol? I'm loving the build and strategy but sometimes i just get rolled on a boss lane haha.
Amazing build so far. One question, the other guide says "returning projectile" and I bought 4G2R. Whats the disadvantage here compared to Crit Multi?...Should I buy 4G1B1R instead?

Good riddance, go make other builds than! I explained the base price of the uniques, not the links! Because people were afraid that the mandatory uniques will be expensive. PS: Second map ( check timestamps ) was done on a 5 link; I removed the 6th gem thinking that some might start arguing ( like you did here now )
Lol, You don't need 6 link briskwrap....I bought corrupted 6 link for 20c with good life and res, works like a charm. Build is amazing and very cheap, it's a you problem. ;)
