It was added a league later after introduction of pantheon, so everyone was just rolling over her for the skill quest without looking.

Yeah just ignore the fact he created The Beast and it only went downhill from there, otherwise he is a good guy.

Tbh, he harvests all that power for himself, giving the exile only a fraction of it and he's completely open about it. So it feels like he uses the exile as his tool to kill the gods to harvest their powers and save the world as a nice side effect also.

for the most precise optimal stopping, you use the first 1/e things (~36.788% in case you want to craft with 10000 things at once) note: if you high roll (but not best roll) within the first 1/e things, you run the risk of getting to the end without hitting.

combining essence and bestiary is kinda meh since beasts have a crazy life bonus and they can become essences. Also you don't want to kill yellow beasts since they are basically worthless and it makes it so they delay their drops including the essences. If you really want to do essence beasts you want to do low yellow maps to keep the mobs as easy as possible and not dilute the beast pool, also don't go lower than yellow maps to have shriekings naturally drop from essences (essences got reworked this league). but yeah pretty much any zoomy boss killer will work, hexblast miner works great, personally I am more of a sabo enjoyer but trickster would also be fine.

Mines or trapper on trickster, just load the damage and everything is dead when you activate, works great also for strongbox/rogue exile strat.

Yeah, my tip is don’t run beasts. I made 20~ div in a few days of running essences, wanted to combine bestiary with it so I fully specced it, got one craicic chimeral or whatever the high price one is and it took me a week. Total waste of time.

chaos pene works in conjunction with original sin

Penetration does not reduce the resistances but what they call "effective resistances". What this means is the chaos resistance of the enemy is and always will be 0%, but come the damage calculations pen% is now subtracted from whatever number the chaos resistance currently is at for the purposes of that calculation.

It actually works wonders. Penetration doesn't change actual resistance numbers. Like, let's say, an armour-piercing ammunition on tanks doesn't make an armor thinner, it just penetrates it better.

There is a shrine scarab that adds increased xp gain to ALL shrine effects, so you can stack a bunch and scale it even further with increased shrine effect on the tree or uniques.

Penetration treats enemy resistances as if they were less than 0 with original sin. It’s a really strong stat.
