(Surprisingly it's always Finnish people who say comments like these...) We'd appreciate if you guys stopped comparing this to the original. Chris Cornell is one of the greatest singers of all time, and this is simply our humble interpretation of the song. Just enjoy it (or don't), no need to make any pointless comparisons. :) Peace!

Guys, First of all, thanks for your great feedback! When The Voice asked us to record a live cover of our choice for them, we pondered long and hard, and finally chose this song (it had been playing in our heads anyway since the Bond film). The end result is here, and we intended it as a tribute to a great song and vocalist. We would be very happy if you guys stopped comparisons between this and the original, since that was never our intention. Just enjoy whichever version you like. :) Thanks!

If you look in the earlier comments, the band has already asked that people stop making comparisons to Cornell's version and this one, because they would like this cover to be appreciated for what it is instead of being viewed as some sort of knock-off of the original. I agree, and think we should respect Cornell, Poets, Poets' wishes, and the song.

After work, I ride my motorcycle to the riverside just before dusk, listening to your band's song "You Know My Name." It's the theme song for the Bond movie "007 Casino Royale," sung by the late Chris Cornell, and it's a song that I have a lot of feelings for. Thank you for bringing back precious memories that I had almost forgotten. Thank you as always.

This is the best tribute you guys could do. It's catches the vibes of the original one, but at the same time sounds really Poets of the Falls-ish. Also, Marko has one of the most beautiful and underrated voice out there, and False Kings definitely proves that he should be hired to make a Bond song. So elegant, so precise, so on point, so resonant, so master of chesty belting.

This song is much better than the film version. In the film version the voice was covered with music. Potf did the justice to the song. So amazing music. And it's was fun to watch you all in bond dress. God bless you for making my life happy with your music.

RIP Chris Cornell. POTF should perform this live as a farewell tribute. That would be the best send off. They did the song a huge justice despite the fact that Marko and Chris have totally different vocal styles. Both are massively talented vocalists that I'll never get tired of listening to.

I was a fan of Chris before i discovered POTF. Two different styles and i love them both, R.I.P. Chris. But i have to say that i prefer this version of the song for a Bond movie. But then again, i’m 49 and the last real Bond for me was Pierce Brosnan, so, it’s just my opinion. Enjoy the music💕
