Thank very much! I was looking for the LP version, "Octo-snare" and found it was no longer made. I searched on the idea and found this beautiful instrument. I have it and have been playing for few weeks now. It is addictive! I really love the idea of the brush effect. And finger tapping ("finger play"). I prefer not to use the strap; but lay the drum on my lap. Also, as a Djembe player, I like to flip it over, so the (roots) snare effect is on top. And play with middle fingers there and my thumbs for bass. Trippy! Again, thanks for your excellent review!

Where did you get the brush with the hand strap?

My home made one is 3x’s louder!
