During a cold weather snap, I recently spent some time traveling around Pogradec, Albania and put together a travel guide with travel budgets and various information about visiting the area. Pogradec has some of the most amazing views because it sits between two mountain ranges and is also on the shores of Lake Ohrid. Pogradec is affordable, has great friendly people, fantastic food, and more cafes than I could count.
