That question is ungrammatical. Where ARE the funds? is correct. Funds is plural. PP used a singular verb. PP seems to be a smartass.

Oh, come off it. Trudeau agrees that the problem needs to be looked into. PP seems to think the pandemic was a minor blip that shouldn't have had any impact on Canada's budget. And he is dead wrong to blame federal deficit spending for inflation, which is a worldwide problem NOT due to Justin Trudeau. In any case, inflation has been coming down for a year, and is now close to normal levels.
