Join us as we make a Poinsettia Wreath on a Dollar Tree frame. We used two rolls of a red poly burlap mesh and one green. The red is cut into 10 inch squares and the green is in 11 inch sections. We used 6 green and 48 red sections.
I just subscribed to you, your great explaining how to do it. Your volume is good too, many of the others have there's on to quiet, then I have to put mine on very loud.
The benefit of burning on this type of mesh is it melts the fibers at the end together. This is especially important if you were using two colors together. Regular deco mesh I don't find much difference between burning and rotary cutting. I rotary cut my regular deco mesh. But with the poly mesh for flowers, the fraying is just too much. Hope this helps. Happy Crafting.
@@deeberry93 It is actually a mesh type called poly burlap. it's not burlap and it's not regular deco mesh. i find regular deco mesh doesn't hold up for this style. What you see I'm using in the video is poly burlap.
