Thanks for watching! You can store buttercream in the fridge for around 5rays, 3months in the freezer. Yes, you have to refrigerate after piping on the cake and I pipe flowers and freeze them in advance using air-tight container when I have many orders. You can use pastureised boxed egg whites instead of fresh egg whites for store longer. Hope it helps.

I am thinking it's the natural basic color of buttercream and you used white, not off white candy melts? Sorry for the questions, I'm just in love with this cake :)
@@whittniestroud1193 I love questions and it's very good question!😍 My buttercream was a bit whiter than white chocolate ganache so I mixed little bit of white food coloring. Just start with little bit of white and compare to the buttercream color. Hope it helps!☺️
