Corned beef hash is just beef and potatoes and some beef fat and salt. Fry it on the griddle until it is crispy and try it! It's great! I make burritos with it, with eggs and cheese...it's good stuff!

Love the commentary because there are quite a few things that I never knew what they were. The corned beef hash, for example, I always was trying to figure that one out. Never seen it cooked like that though. I also like hearing about how many things you make in house that I thought were pre-made. That's always a nice touch! Gotta love the armchair line cooks, quick to criticize but don't know s---. You do good work!

As always, love the videos. Anyone who gets the knife, will deserve it for following all the steps, lol :) I did notice that the gyros didn’t have the cucumber sauce unless that’s up front. Gotta have the cucumber sauce, lol.
Thats old school "boomer" hash. My mom would put it in a skillet of potatoes and onions. Back in the day a can of that would cost 5 cents and make a meal, then a side when times were better. That's a Canadian and American peasant recipe and holds that nostalgia for some people. LOL! Its also one of the original with enough ketchup...
I enjoy watching and i take a few tips from how you cook - I wanted to know - how hot is the flattop? What temperature is it at? Same with the pans for eggs - i always try to cook eggs for my wife and never seem to get them perfectly over easy

My summers where working at my Uncles Construction company or my Aunts restaurant or my Dads trucking company. I got more satisfaction from working at the restaurant. Seeing returning customers, etc.. but working for family Sucks!!!!
