50 years ago I attended the Royal Ballet. Margot Fonteyn wore Freed of London pointe shoes so, of course, we all wore them! I could get through them like a crazy woman because I practiced, practiced, and practiced. Then I got hit by an 18 wheeler. What a bummer! 19 years all down the drain. Then I realized that those 19 years taught me self discipline, kindness, the joy of life. So nothing was wasted. I then became a Physician who have treated many dancers. Funny how life can change in one moment. I adore your channel. Thank you for looking after dancers and future dancers of the world. I mean what would life really be like without ballet❤

West coast swing is so fun, and is often fused with many other dance styles. The shoes are suede soled shoes. The brand I wear is Sway'd and most companies are similar if you are looking for info on the structure of the shoes.
