He also define the wrong mechanism of beam top and bottom extra it must be reverse For bottom (cut-off) must be provided in the mid span and top extra must be provide at top corners please correct it.... people are getting wrong information

This is confusing,most viewers ask me for this correction.it is smallar bar dia. Where bars of two different diameters are to be spliced, the lap length is governed by SMALLER DIAMETER.

When the bars of different diameters are to spliced the lap length is calculated how according to ACI please reconfirm it.

bro overlap is calculated considering dia of small bar, this is confirmed

Lap length is calculated as per mix design of concrete. Mix design is higher lap length is smaller and vice versa.

Sir hook length minimums 9d hota hai but 90° ke liye 10d or 135° ke liye 12d hota hai

Yes there are provisions of 9d and 10d for hook length depending upon importance and type of structures. But for bend dedution 10d 12d is too much. Its 1d for 45 degreee bend 2d for 90 degrees 3d for 135 degree bend

Every type is available. Mild steel deformed bar grade 60,40 are mostly used because these are more economical. Depdning upon the conditions and requirements koe b bar type use ke jasakti hai
