I'm really glad to see him getting some love. In 1991 I special ordered "I, Lusiphur" issue 1 from my comic shop on a whim. When I got it, that opening page blew my mind, and I was hooked instantly. I wrote the guy a long letter, and one day out of the blue, I got a call from him. I had been one of the earliest fans to respond, and we talked for a long time. He told me all about his early life, and where the comic originated (a RoleMaster campaign in fact), and we had a great talk. My letter was printed and answered in issue 5 (iirc). He even sent me copies of the first 5 issues which he had signed in silver marker. I followed the comic for a while, well after the change to Poison Elves, but eventually money got tight and I got out of comics. And sadly, I lost all my comics and rpg stuff long ago. He was a great guy, and he left a big impression on me. And he said something to me I'll never forget. "Pain is the only true confirmation of existence." He had a hard life. I didn't know he died until recently, but he was a unique talent, and this comic was awesome. And I still spell my name Christophur. Wish I could afford the ks. RIP, Chief Muleskinner.

I'm sure when volume 3 gets made we will get a reprint of 1 and 2. I didn't even know this was a thing, so I don't think trigger is the right word to use here.

The KS for Vol.2 just ended, but i image when they do Vol.3 you can get 1-2 again.

I got Poison Elves back in the day and sure it was kind of roughshod but it was exciting. Drew Hayes could and did actually draw rather than let a colorist do all the work, you could see everything that he put down on the page.

It was a lot of fun to see the start and how far it goes. That first few are really rough, but gets so good so fast. Like I said, he did some amazing work. I hope volume 2 gets out soon, never read these yet.

There will be 5 volumes all up. Drew sadly passed away while in the process of making issue 100.

I heard. I know some wont read an unfinished story, I am just hoping for more of these amazing art. I do wish we got more, even though I still have a lot to read, this is my first time.
