The fishes inside the net that they called 'hito' were saltwater catfish. They have venomous spines that's why they told you not to touch. The second one which they called 'durian' was a kind of pufferfish. Although pufferfishes are poisonous, there are some kinds that can be eaten if prepared properly. The one you called 'sea poo' was sea cucumber and they are delicious.
