!!!Comment: After finishing my edited video, I realized that the mentioned episodes "Sz EPabc" as my sources are indirect correct. Some episodes refer to the japanese release and other episodes refer to the english release. The japanese and the english series are not equal and they differ by non to a few episodes. In addition, I mentioned the full name of the respective episodes in the following part, so it's easier for you to find the exact source.
💬Explanation of all estimated sizes:
➡️Haunter[80cm]
Haunter is seen in one of the earliest episodes of the Pokémon series. In the 23th episode (The Tower of Terror) it's shown next to Kasumi and it's not much bigger than the half of Kasumis' height.
➡️Machamp[185cm]
Machamps' height varies between 150cm und 200cm in the anime. The mentioned episode refers to the appearance of Brunos' Machamp. While Bruno is known for his huge and big body, his Machamp has the same or a slightly shorter body.
➡️Dunsparce[75cm]
The episode "The Dunsparce Decepption" shows a couple of children holding a few Dunsparce. The Dunsparces are short enough that their tails did not even touch the ground. The Dunsparces' lenght are around the half of the childrens' heights. In addition, I estimated the children at around 150cm.
➡️Glalie[80cm]
This estimated size (diamter) of Galie is related to Satoshis' Glalie, which is very, very, VERY small... not even close to 100cm!
➡️Charizard[210cm]
I don't think that I need to explain anything about Charizards' size in anime. Watch some old episodes and you will understand.
➡️Rayquaza[1400cm]
Assuming that Deoxys' height (1.7m) is correct in the movie (and it seems around the official height) and comparing it to the Rayquaza in the movie, there is no way that it is only 7m long. Even Rayquazas' head is around Deoxys sizes and the head fits around 7 to 8 times into its whole body.
➡️Regigigas[700cm]
Regigigas' size is well shown in the movie "Giratina and Sky Warrior". It's shown next to some Mamoswine (with correct sizes), next to Giratine (with incorrect size) and at least in the same scene as Satoshi, Brock and co. But it has to be mentioned, that even in this movies Regigigas varies in terms of height between 5.5m and 8.5m. I just decided to give him a height of 7m.
➡️Onix[1800cm]
Mostly, the size (lenght) of Onix is displayed correctly in the anime. But in a few cases, especially Brunos' Onix, there are huge differences between anime and Pokédex. In the episode "To Master the Onixpected!" a short battle between Brunos' Onix and an other Onix is shown, it's clearly shown that the Onix of Bruno is around twice as long as the other Onix. It has to be mentioned that Brunos' Onix is categorized into the group of "Giant Pokémon", which also include the giant Dragonite or the giant Tentacruel in the older series (not DynaMax).
➡️Palkia[950cm]
In the movie "The Rise of Darkrai" Palkia is shown next to Dialga, Darkrai, other Pokémon and humans. The official size is joke to the anime-appearance of Palkia. It may be 1m shorter and higher than my estimation.
➡️Kyogre[1350cm]
In the episode "Groudon vs Kyogre", "Gaining Groudon" and many other episode, it's obvious that the official lenght (not height!) doesn't fit the anime-appearance. In the 6th episode of season 8 Kyogre is seen next to a red Gyrarados, which is about 5-7m long and much smaller than Kyogre. There was never (at least I haven't found one) a scene for a direct comparison between Kyogre and f.e. Satoshi, so I decided to compare it to the size of a Wailord.
