With how nice the artwork is and the cards looking more inline with the Japanese style of Pokemon cards its a shame that Scarlet & Violet is being over looked. I think this might be one of those era that people come back to the future and all of a sudden these wont be easy to find and prices will go up quickly but in the near future just kinda sit at this low for a while. Great time as TCM says to get your hands on some of these great card at good prices.
It's how it goes. 6 month old sets don't get the attention, it's the latest set and the sets going out-of-print. That being said, these latest 2 japanese sets are absolutely horrendous.
These sets arent even a year old yet with with most of the cards in this list only being releeased recently. 151 just got a reprint in japan with no reason to believe it's not getting one in the west. Iron crown and mortys conviction already dropped back down because they had no reason to be that expensive in the first place. Paradox rifts roaring moon was $100+ and is now at $50. I dont see any reason to tell anyone to rush and buy these now when theyll be considerably cheaper later in the year
Giving updates on how expensive cards are going up by in the current market of that time. Is not telling people to Rush in and buy anything!? Also when did I say FOMO in!? My solely purpose is analytics and market updates on these new sets/cards and help the Pokémon community on what's going on. Also sharing information were to find cheap products from so it helps the Pokémon community and people who struggle to afford them. " they'll be considerably cheaper later in the year " depending on size of the reprint for each set!? How many reprints each set is going to get!? How hard it is to pull the chase cards!? Manipulation is other one!? All debatable questions.
@TimeCapsuleMonster I could be wrong but the thumbnail + saying these are nice pickups at this price gives the impression of pick these up immediately. There are more sets that haven't come yet, a new one was just announced. When the new sets release people will gravitate to them, prices of older sets go down because they're not the ones being hyped at the moment. Nothing in sv era is anywhere near going out of print. I can't predict the future but I find it very unlikely that these sets won't get more print runs/product releases to make them readily available
@@swiziga I agree with you on most of what you are say tbh with s&v. The "Thumbnail" like most of the Thumbnails on RU-vid have to be intriguing to a level. Can we agree on that you don't like my Thumbnail. But we both agree on S&V prints.
@@TimeCapsuleMonster yeah it's outrageous. Especially since I buy to collect not to grade. I personally think gradeing cards is one of the biggest scams in the hobby. And yes I own multiple graded cards. But really I still don't think my psa 10 shining raichu is worth 1k... hell I bought it at 200....

And then the investment bros have blown up the spot makeing getting your hands on will say vileplum gx sar at what should be a 20 to 40 dollar card it's now a 60 to 80. But keep up the work man you make good content.
