@@fateil it technically is. ASE was discovered and there is a Byte writing function calleable by ASE that can essentially work as ACE. Correct me if Im wrong though

Something I love about these games and your work is that it's almost as if you're discovering a new game or world. Games nowadays are too good in the sense that you can't really break or manipulate them like you can older games which is super fun and, ironically, extends the life of the game. My first game was pokemon platinum and I still sometimes play it to this day hats of to you retire u worked a lot for achieving this (btw could u please tell what are your future plans for this channel as the new game might not have the arceus and other glitches lol) P.S. A very big fan

It would be epic to get Manaphy. I'm assuming it's some kind of ACE method, so does that mean we can get any wild encounter? And from there, could we get any item? For example, the Gracidea Flower without needing a fateful encounter Shaymin? Awesome work, Retire!

Any item would be awesome. The gracidea doesn't work on a non fateful encounter shaymin. The flower is also platinum only. But being able to get any other item would be crazy useful.

TL;DR a glitch on Japanese (so far) cartridges was found to allow Arbitrary Script Execution, which means that the player can force the game to run any in-game code at will. This includes, apparently, forcing an encounter with a wild Manaphy.

I'm amazed with just how much effort goes into this stuff, the void glitch hurts my head to follow along with, and you guys manage to find out all these different routes, truly great work :)
