For the defeat 30 pokemon the tip is to find a rocket grunt of the type, defeat the first 2 mons and then back out. Do this 15 times. It counts

Not an evolution, getting zygarde complete is just as hard as those evos.

I feel like recently Frigibax got a spawn boost in the wild, because I’ve been encountering them a LOT more recently.

No way you actually missed the hardest by a landslide. Grinding 250 zygarde cells is the hardest.

something to say here is that u can actually guarantee evolution items by spinning a pokestop for ur 7 day streak, although u can't guarantee which one u can get

Frugibax been spaening everywhere recently

The frigibax is kinda funny for me XD I have 30 caught in my dex. They just spawn every other day in front of my building xD

...I get the evolution items from pokestops, from gifts with friends, from route rewards, from field research 7 day reward... I delete regularly because I don't need more than 10 of any each one.

You forgot one, the special Rockruff that can evolve into dusk form Lycanroc

I just hate the evolutions that require the pokemon to be your buddy. I already need my buddy to farm candies, and the need to switch it 50 times to complete tasks just to evolve a ton of different pokemon, is annoying.

Yes most of these Pokémon hard to get candies for, but what about rare candies? FROM THE GO BATTLE LEAGUE! I literally got like 200 rare candies or more from just grinding the GBL

I remember in a Uber car ride, my driver said that there was a full moon out tonight. So I got on and evolved my shadow ursaring into ursaluna. I gave him a big tip that day.

Funny timing of the video. This week I’ve now started my daily Gimmighoul boxes and gold lures which will be a grind. Also starting the journey of getting daily Zygarde cells on my dog walk route. Slowly but surely will get there

it is worth saying that evolving isn't too hard for candy, if you are too worried about candy just do gbl, I've got hundreds of candy for most legendaries when im a rural player due to the battle league giving rare candy, but you aren't getting them past level 40 without walking for xl candy. The biggest challenge for most of these is getting a good one worth evolving or getting the evolutions tasks/items for them.

Frigibax seems be more common in wild on average I see 2 to 5 a day and I’ve evolved my gimmighoul multiple times I’ve evolved 5 of them and have over 4,000 coins can use to evolve more

I just came back to this vid as a nostalgia trip. I remember i used to watch him when i played pokemon go in 7th grade, im about to be a junior now in college. 8 years whipped past and I didnt even notice, crazy how fast time moves if you dont take a second to enjoy the moment.

It's not a random system. Gholdengo is number 1000 in the dex & requires 999 coins in SV. I have a hundo Gholdengo, and it's one of the best ghost & master league pokemon I own. You saying it's not useful is completely false

I see at least three wild frigibax daily now lol and I hatch once every 2 weeks so it’s not too rare for me lol I just can’t wait until the shiny release! And hatched a Hundo Charcadet 🎉

Hatched a shiny larvesta not too long ago at King's Island. I was just letting my pokeball plus+ catch everything to generate stardust and gain buddy hearts while I was on vacation since I'm burnt out on playing at the moment. My jaw dropped and immediately sent the screenshot to my coworker who cussed me out for hatching it. 😂

I hatched 2 charcadet’s during the scorching steps event. It took me 6 days to defeat 30 psychic pokemon to evolve into armarouge. I just started working on defeating 30 ghost pokemon to my other charcadet into ceruledge

I have Gholdengo😂, took 1 ½ month every day grinding. And i have a shiny larvesta and a shiny shadow teddiursa but refuse to evolve it, because it just looks sooo good

Larvester and shiny larvester. Evolved the normal one as it was a 98%. Still working on charcadet. Need to battle a friend.

I would say full form zygrade is hands down the hardest Pokemon to evolve!! 250 zygrade cells to fully evolve it

1:32 i played since October of 2023. i didnt know those things were difficult to get until now lol. luckily i live at an area where there are so many spin stops at my home that i get lots of these and not think much of it

Kingdra is even harder for me because Horsea doesn’t spawn near me so I can’t get kingdra as I don’t have enough candy

I'm missing the Ursaluna since it won't recognize any full moon window, the cosmog since I took an extended pogo break, and haven't evolved my stufful because I forget he's in there.

I did indeed save up rainbow candy’s to evoke my cosmog because of the fusion but the sad part is I don’t have a necrazma yet got to wait a few days for them to come back to raids

Lucky me hatched a female salandid with only 5 hatches. Still working on that complete Zygarde though. Also, I'm aiming for all 18 vivillon patterns.

I got a 14/15/14 Shiny Larvest after about 30 eggs, with 8 hatched. 6 Charcadet And enough Goldhengo coins to evolve 3 more gimmighouls, thanks to the recent event that gave 8 or 88 coins, by hosting a golden lure party that lasted for an hour

I'm having so much trouble evolving my second cosmog, my darumakas, my porygon, my gimighoul, my arctibax and my hoopa tho i think that might be changing forms not evolving. I'm also having trouble changing the form of my zyguard doggo ;_;

Yeah I quit the game for like 6 years and only came back in spring 2023, so I have no Cosmogs. Makes the Necrozma debut at GO fest kinda underwhelming for me tbh...

No way the poipole research expired just a few days after I started playing again! I did catch it and it was 3 ⭐️ unlike most of my mythical or shadow legendaries…

also i think gholdengo is a decent ghost type raid attacker cuz i've seen it pop up on certain raid boss counters

With the exception of Ghouldengo, I have all of the other ones. I hatched my Shiny Larvesta literally yesterday. I have 11 Larvesta hatched in my Pokedex. I didn't know it was so rare so I transferred all of them except the 15-15-14 that I currently have. Yesterday I caught a shiny Fennekin and opened my pokemon bag to show it to my wife just to see a shiny Larvesta as the most recent pokemon. I was like "WHAT?!" So yeah... Nice surprise. Also, Frigibax is literally everywhere in my zone. Not anymore but back in April I caught a bunch. Including 2 hundos. I also did the research and evolved my only Poipole into naganadel. The cosmog one is literally absurd. Thank god I went to Go Fest Madrid and got my Lunala. Hahahaha

Evo items (barring Sinnoh and Unova stones) also drop if you can get to an area with a bunch of Poke Stops (low-percent chance, but spinning enough should trigger it) and a couple of them actually can be in gifts. The hard ones for me were Sinnoh Stones (at one point I needed six or seven of them and it felt like they had a 1% drop rate from 2 win GBL sets), but now I'm rebuilding my Unova Stone supply. Someone else might've mentioned this but Charcadet was only in all three egg tiers during its launch event; it's been confined to 10km eggs since. Though Scorching Steps did make it seemingly the most common hatch from 10km eggs. Also, thank you for reminding me to use my coin bag. Forgot to pop it on the way to work this morning and want to have a Golden Lure in bag and the ability to pull a second for Go Fest weekend (need 317 coins and that was after the 8/88 drops for the anniversary event).

They should really make Gimmighoul be able to spawn around Golden Lure Modules, for those of us unable to play Newer console games.

I throw away evo items all the time. You just realistically need 1 or 2 tops, ever. They're, also, not that rare

I can count myself lucky, as I have a Baxcalibur (and I am not a professional, lol). I see on average 1 Frigibax a day as a wild spawn around where I live. The rest, well, I lucked out on Poipole/Naganadel, but everything else will just be a slow, slow grind XD

I started the game in Dec last year and I've got bunch of these, hard to get pokemon. Working on my noibat now. I have nangandel , a hundo beware etc. I gave my hatched rares to my daughter for her pokedex. Sandlit was traded yesterday.

Commmunity day really saved me some dex entries I believe. Also, it is a little sad that Solgaleo and Lunala were only research Pokémon (at the moment. Who knows if Go Fest would release them into the raids so the Necrozma fusion mechanic could actually be used), I casually have a cosmog rotting in the box along side my Solgaleo, just waiting for its time to evolve into the moon bat that is Lunala.

I hatched a fridgibax like a day after i caught one in the wild then another a few days later...... its like larvesta you hatch or catch one you get more

I got super lucky, and could evolve my Poipole during the Goomy event. Saved me absolute ages, thank god!

the starry sky event for the extra cosmog gliched on my account and now i have 3 evolved 1 in sogaleo and one in lunala keeping one as a cosmog

I actually have cosmoem as my buddy, and i have walked over 400km with it. With both rare candy and the amount ive walked, ive gotten 64 candy. It is best buddies, thats how long it took I have lunala as well, and it's also best buddied, and had been powered up in the past unbeknownst to me before i got the second cosmog

I still have piles of those evolution materials from years ago I bought more space just to keep em glad I did

NGL, I personally feel that Zygarde would be harder to evolve considering the amount of time you have to put in to to find all the cell.

If you grind daily, nothing is difficult to evolve except Gimmighoul. If you only play POGO, you are forced to purchase other platforms & games just to get a single dex entry

This past February marks one year that I've been playing and I have everything in this video except the last one and the new necrosma stuff but I will have that and a couple weeks and I have two of the female lizard Pokemon

I’m either lucky or these have changed bc frigibax spawns kinda frequently by me. Caught plenty every week. 4 today actually. 2 wigglets. And axew. Windy weather is almost a norm by me so that could be it and I just go to the water front for wigglet

I was doing my normal Pokémon go grind and an egg hatch popped up I got the female salandit And from hatching 3 male ones in the past I had enough to evolve to salazle

also there was a bug in scarlet and violet wich i am not sure if they fixed it yet but sometimes when you sent the postcard to the scarlet and violet games it would reset your save file causing you to lose everything you got in those games

-Frigibax was super rare when it first came out, but I’ve definitely been finding them a lot more in the wild in the last few months when there’s not an event happening. -You probably don’t need to have like 70 of each evolution item 😂. I usually keep like 6 just in case. Of course if you have your bag space maxed then whatever. -Thankfully evolving to Ursaluna isn’t completely like in Legends Arceus where you also need a Peat Block which was very difficult to find outside of the quest line that gave you one guaranteed. -They have at least made Salandit much easier to hatch since release probably because they just put the next 12km egg Pokémon in the rarest tier and made the others more common. I’ve hatched at least a few female Salandit since then, but it’s still pretty hard. -For Gholdengo I remember doing Golden Lure parties after Community Days and stuff to get those coins. I brought my Switch to those events to give other people Coin Bags and Golden Lures. I have a Lucky 96% Gholdengo that I evolved after swapping a bunch of Gimmighoul with a friend which was great because if I was going through all the trouble to get all of those coins I wanted a really high IV one to evolve!

Wait what, when gen 2 released with evolution items, they were ridicilously rare to find.. but now they are much easier to find

I have like 6 frixibax But the worst thing happened one off my favourites Pokémon’s is capten pikachu, and charkedet’s evolotions and when they come to Pokémon go I was sick and I live in a town whit 10 pokestop here and 5 gyms and my egg bag is full and I only have the free incubator😭
