I had Fire Red on the Game Boy Advance. I think my Dad also played Pokémon on one, too, which was pretty funny. Played Fire Red, Emerald, Heart Gold, Black, White 2, then X before I got bored of the series. I loved the anime as a kid, too. The original, with Ash & Charizard. Charizard was probably my favorite as a kid, because he never listened to Ash, and if Ash got mad, he’d Flamethrower him. God, I loved that.

IIRC that only works in Diamond and Pearl, and specifically for the Darkrai and Shaymin encounters.

Romeo Rose I wonder: Where in the game's world do the Giovanni / Celebi, and Arceus / three dragons events take place, and could those places be reached through out of bounds?

Romeo Rose There are no event pokemon avaible to obtain via tweaking... it only worked with darkrau and shaymin because they were already existing in the area, but the normal ability was locked via event. To my knowledge what he showed is all you can do.

Actually it is possible that you could tweak and go out of bounds and go to where the event for celebi is. There is a good chance that gamefreak and Nintendo designed it so that everything is on the same map but unloads when far enough off screen. It would take a lot of tries to find out where it would be since in gen 4 it was super hard just to get to the 2 legendaries. As for the three dragon legendaries legendaries this would be a lot harder. This would be hard because during the celebee event it is only just a part of Kanto while the three dragons are only spawned in a random Rocky Mountain place which has no reused chunks of it except the skin for the models. Not only that but since you have to have arceus the second you would try to even start the process I believe the game would crash as it would check if you had arceus so it could trigger the cut cutscene.

Jump On Everything the void

Its the Tweaking Glitch/Void Glitch, it happens from D/P to HG/SS. Look at RU-vid, there are tons of olders videos explaining this glitch. In D/P/Pt its very useful, you can use this glitch to catch Event legendaries, like Darkrai and Shaymin.

Jump On Everything 'the void' is actually not an 'unloaded area' but just RAM, usually the game reads from a specific part of RAM based on your coordinates, but because those change so does your position in RAM, but there is no visual data tied to these coordinates so that's why its black. However it does interpret bytes as maps, which is why those change.

HGSS are pretty good remakes that improves the original games, but i can't say that they are the best. Johto is way too short, the game is way too easy because it has two regions so the games often uses low level Pokémon to accomodate players that don't propelly leveled they team. The game gets boring pretty easy, and lets just say that the battle system didn't aged very well. Those static sprites nowdays are boring to look at, Gen 5 made battles more entertaining to watch. But i can understand, back in 2009/2010 i loved HGSS, that time it was better than Platinum. Now days i find Platinum aged better or is overwall a more interesting game to re-play.

Arceus softlock the game if you enter the hall of origin without the azure flute and the appropriate mystery gift card. Some pretty strong anti-hacking measures were taken to control how available it was.

fidgety9001 not true, by using the RETIRE glitch which is part of a pal park menu, you can call 4th script in runtime, if you then go to hall of origin you can call arceus' battle script with it. My last video shows the fastest route, which I wrote myself (so you can ask any question, I'll be able to answer)

RETIRE is correct. It's even possible to catch a Hall of Origin Arceus that can be transferred up to Gen 7, unlike Mystery Zone Arceus.
