@@SelzPalace Yeah, or you can set challenges for yourself. Though the recent enforcement of exp share (including Gen 8 games that were supposedly created for "veterans") makes that harder to do.

@Antonio Iniguez Actually, no. I'm going to assume you haven't played the really oldest games, for example gen 1, because without using a walkthrough or tips, there are various difficult puzzles that require some thinking, double-checking, or exploration. A few examples would be [SPOILER ALERT] -In the Silph building, you must find a card key to unlock many of the closed doors which make some required rooms inaccessible until you have it. To get it, you're supposed to walk onto one of the warp panels and then walk back onto it so you can teleport back and get into a small corridor that would, at first glance, be impossible to reach. -In the Rocket Hideout under Celadon Game Corner, you are supposed to retrieve a lift key from somewhere in the building and use it to access the elevator and fight Giovanni, the boss of the Team Rockets. To get it, one of the rockets has a line and cue to drop the lift key onto the ground so you can pick it up after you battle him, however, he only drops it once you talk to him AGAIN after beating him, since some players don't talk to NPC's after beating them, they would never have thought that up. -In the Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar Island, you have to find and collect a Key to gain access to the island's gym and battle Blaine, the gym leader. However, you have to go through a fairly long puzzle of pulling switches and jumping off ledges in a certain way to get it. And these are just a FEW of the examples of fairly difficult puzzles, I could keep going

This is one of the best arrangements of an original soundtrack I've seen. They somehow managed to arrange chiptunes into an orchestra (and some other instruments) without changing the tone of the music at all. Most arrangements end up with a different tone, but this one evokes exactly the same feeling as the original soundtrack. For comparison, listen to this version of Pokémon Tower and then the FireRed/LeafGreen version afterwards. This one has the same eerie/serene atmosphere as the original, but FR/LG sounds quite different. Even without this in mind, this soundtrack still sounds excellent on its own (if you've never played the first games) and I'd say it's the best Pokémon soundtrack in quite a while, even if it's just an arrangement of another one.

I just recently got into Pokémon and I bought this to get me started as I’ve never played Pokémon in my life but I was familiar with the anime so this made absolute sense to me to get this and I absolutely adore it. My favourite tracks are the battle theme, and of course the the showdown theme with the gym leaders.

I've only played Pokemon Red/Yellow/Stadium as a kid in grade school when Pokemon first hit the US. Admittedly, I am not a Pokemon fanboy but I do have fond memories of it & it helped instill my life long love of turn-based RPG. I just purchased Pokemon Let's Go, Pikachu! mainly for nostalgia sake, wanting to relive my childhood, and due to AAA RPGs during the last two console generations being generally ARPGs. I've been torn on this purchase since it's release due to 1. the docked mode, one handed joy-con control scheme, as I really only use my Switch on my TV. 2. the lack of field (not random) with wild Pokemon. I finally found the game on sale & decided to purchase it. I listening to this OST & watching the original season of the anime to get myself in the mood for it before I play it this week.

So glad that Let's go got orchestrated soundtrack. Shame SWSH didnt which made no sense. The diamond and Pearl remakes look like they will follow with orchestrated as it's the same composer.

Hi Jack! In your description you reference Junichi Masuda as composer, which is correct since he composed the tracks for the Pokémon Red, Green, Blue and Yellow, _but_ for this soundtrack it is more important who did the arrangement since that's the thing we're hearing here. So it would be great if you could add "Arrangement: Shota Kageyama" to the description. Also, Go Ichinose composed the "Cubone's Mother" theme together with Masuda-san and Kageyama-san, so technically you should add both Ichinose-san and Kageyama-san to the composers list, too! =D Information is from the _"Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! & Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! The series died after this. It was one more nostalgia rush, the Yellow remake that was 20 years in the making. Look at the graphics compared to Arceus or Scarlet/Violet. Absolute masterclass, and a joke effort on newer titles.

WTF, you made a normal video with 1 picture used all time to 60fps, 1 fps would have same result and data is not used so much (better for slow internet)
