It would be amazing if Nintendo made a "Return to Johto" game for Switch. I grew up playing the first Kanto and Johto regions. My pokémon journey halted in Hoen, but made my return in Kalos.

This would be so close to my heart if it was real, I think HGSS are the prettiest 2d pokemon games and the Let's Go games are the prettiest 3d ones. It'd be a missed opportunity to not make it Marill and Togepi even though they'd be the first starters to share a type, they're Tracy and Misty's signature pokemon in the anime like how Pikachu and Eevee are Ash and Gary's and Marill is the first follow Pokemon you see in HGSS.

Nice work but still it's fan made so I would like to change a few things: 1. Starters would be Marill and Sneazel. 2. Players would not be Ethan or Kris/Lyra(just like Let's go Pikachu and Eevee where protagonists are not Red and Leaf/Green). 3. Change the Elite Four from the older to newer(replace Lorelie, Agatha and Lance with Will, Koga and Karen). 4. Lance would not be champion, because here, Ethan has already defeat him and became champion, so Ethan would be the champion. 5. Add Legend Red battle on Mt. Silver. 6. You can go to Kanto too where gym leaders will be newer(Janine and Blue at the Fuschia and Viridian gym respectively).

@@NayTendo Actually I chose Marill and Sneasel as starters because of these reasons: Marill: As you know, Red is our original player character in Kanto games and he has a Pikachu, so it was chosen as a let's go starter and our player character in Johto games has Marill(not as chosen player character but as not-chosen player character, for example, if we choose Ethan, then not chosen player character, Lyra would have a Marill), so Marill should be a let's go starter in Johto games. Sneasel: Our rival character, Blue has an Eevee(yeah I know that he only has it in Yellow game and in anime which evolved into Umbreon but still it's really iconic for Blue) so it became a let's go starter too, but in Johto, our rival character, Silver has a Sneasel, so it should be a let's go starter too.

I’d say one of the versions will definitely be “Let’s Go, Marill!” without a doubt. Not sure about the other one, though; a lot of fans assume it’d be Togepi, but the Mystery Egg sidequest is a key part of the game; still, it’s possible they figured out a workaround… 🤔 Personally, I’d say Snubbull and Marill are the perfect starter pair, in part because they’d help make both Lance and Archer a fairer challenge for new players, but that’s just my opinion. 😊 Nice trailer, by the way. I appreciate the effort that goes into crafting these trailers. 😄

I agree snubbull and Marill would be cool too, there was a lot of different Pokemon I could have used like Pichu and Igglybuff were also some other options but I decided to go with Wooper and Togepi for the concept because I feel like they’re more fan favorites :)

Maybe the name could be bogantes because bog is the same thing as quagmire and gegantes is the Greek word for giant, and this final evolution is def gonna be giant Bogantes is a decent name imo
