lvl 100 caterpie dies to a regular psychic so in theory if you did use one spoon which Psychics regular power is 90 power but one spoon is halved so 45 power and resisted so 22.5 power so sure it might survive but a bug bite wouldnt kill but if we infer that the alakazam is lvl 16 cuz thats the lvl in which Kababra can evolve then sure bug bite will one shot but you can just use an ultra ball even if its a lvl 100 which they say its not soooo using a move is pointless
