There is only one reason for Looker not appearing in Galar when he has been in every other game since Platinum. The events of Sinnoh in the Mega Timeline take place before or during the events of Sword and Shield. Which means that looker will appear in the upcoming Sinnoh Remakes which will take place next year during the 15th Anniversary of Diamond and Pearl and the 25th Anniversary of the Pokémon franchise. That much is obvious to anyone of course. But the real question an genius mind such as myself should be asking about this globe trotting elite of Interpol is. . . . Just who is this Looker fellow? Where did he come from? What exactly happened on that ill fated mission to his partner Pokémon? And just what is his true name? For these are the many questions that race through my head, to which there are no answers. And to that I must discuss with some of the greatest minds of Johto, Hoenn, and Galar. But for now, I must return to my home in Unova to process this information strategize my next move. Until then my fellow commeteers, I bid you farewell! Samurott, Surf!

Here is a Doctor Who fan theory If people were suggesting the Looker as the 10th Doctor, I think the Looker might come from another *Parallel* incarnation of that of the Doctor's, similar like the Shalka Doctor, and his incarnation might not be stitched from the Doctor's regeneration, but rather a lost regeneration from the Doctor's future incarnations...
