I love the theme anyway, but incorporating part of the music (or at least the same rhythm) from battling him in DP versions was extremely BOLD and AWSOME. PS Love the dialga roar!

The picture is amazing! I actually recently finished a play through of Explorers of Sky, and my leader was a Riolu named Auraheart, with his most powerful move being Brick Break +4. This picture reminds me of that epic final battle.

PMD Explorers of Sky was awesome with feels. Wish this game could be remade with Gates to Infinity graphics with a full cutscene with introducing Primal Dialga. Scratch that turn all of the events into cutscenes. XD

I haven't played this game in so long. I used to have a copy of explorers of time, but lost it a long time ago. Then I played through the game again through an emulator. I need to get another actual copy of sky again. I want to replay it now that I can understand what is happening around me and maybe play some of the after game, as I don't think I finished the game back when I had an actual copy :(

Considering that I was able to accurately play the original on a ocarina, I don't think I'm inaccurate in saying that this was too techno and too fast for Dialga's Fight to the Finish.

When I had Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness, I could NEVER defeat Dialga. I always stood a chance (I was a Skitty and I kept using Dig), but my partner (A Pikachu or Mudkip, I believe) always fainted. Stupid Roar of Time...

this reminds me of how surprisingly brutal the underlying story and context of PMD was. i kinda wish there was more of that brutal, deep stuff in pokemon. or at least not have it be blocked out by that insufferable "oblivious and happy go lucky" show on cartoon network.

PMD explorers of sky had the best storyline ever... It had the longest, the most developed characters.. real bonds that tied them together, It was so beautiful. Sky gifts, so many dungeons, so many teams... gates to infinity was a waste of time and space (ha) But Super mystery dungeon regained it, with an amazing system, last fight, and everything. Pokemon mystery dungeon may be called stupid, but for those who play it, the series as a whole has its own magic to it.

I remember getting instantly FUCKED by Dialga using Roar of Time on turn 1

It was merely a few seconds and the little riolu had already fallen to the floor, overwhelmed by the amazing powers of Primal Dialga. It looked like all hope was lost. Riolu was down for the count, and Dialga was about to unleash its rage on every time possible. But something happened. Riolu's memories of his adventures swirled through his mind. Of how when he first started, to all the friends he's made, and the promise he made to protect those in need. Now, the whole world depended on him, especially Pikachu. He stood up slowly, feeling a powerful energy flowing inside him. The God of time stared at him and roared,"You really think you can win!?" Riolu gave a small smile as blue powerful aura swirled around him,"I have hope...I'm not just fighting for myself, I'm fighting for the entire universe!" With that, he sent a powerful aura sphere towards the God of time, and then the battle of the universe began.

0:25 and 1:10 This melody since then existed in this guy's remixes after this one. (most I guess.) It became a signature Primal Dialga melody I would say. I hope he keeps doing this. :)

Today I finished Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers Of Sky. I was severely underprepared but won with three seeds, no revives and a little help from 'Imprison'. I loved the soundtrack

This would be the best finisher music for the fight against Darkrai. The original version gave a sense of hope in despair. This version gives a strong positive vibe and "I can handle anything" vibe. Perfect for finishing Darkrai. This is the first remix that made me feel something beyond just the music. This is really amazing.
